Great place to stay

Great stay at Chateau Nova - staff are always friendly, rooms are large and clean and the restaurant breakfast was great. A bit of noise carries from the hallways but folks were quiet at night so still a great stay. We keep coming back :)

During my stay, I witnessed a rather unpleasant situation at the front desk where a guest was loudly arguing with the receptionist about being charged for "damages" related to weed. I could personally confirm that their room smelled strongly of it since I was staying next door. On top of that, the noise level from unsupervised kids was disruptive throughout the night, making it difficult to rest. While I understand that these issues weren’t entirely the hotel’s fault, I believe some form of compensation—such as an upgrade for my next stay—would be a fair gesture of goodwill.
