Great historic hotel. There's nothing they can do about the street mess around the property. Due to massive road construction, the hotel parking is difficult and the ripped up roads make the process anything but convenient. However, this is not the fault of the hotel. When the road construction and parking nightmare is solved, this will be an outstanding property in every way.

The staff was so helpful! They went out of their way. The bed is one of the most comfortable I have ever experienced. A wonderful amount of space! The town is doing reconstruction so the area around was a bit torn up but overall we had a great stay. Just don’t expect to be there on Sunday and see things, the town pretty much closed down!

Loved the overall feel of the refurbished old building! The room was clean and very comfortable. There is no restaurant and not any vending machines so if you rely on those, bring them with you. Bottled water was provided in the room. The only drawback at the time of our stay was the parking. There is a lot of construction going on right around the building so we had to park down the street quite a bit. We had rain, snow, and ice during the stay so that made it a little inconvenient as vehicles were parked in the check-in area overnight. We would definitely stay here again though!

Beautiful place!

Beautiful hotel with lots of charm. Loved that it wasn’t cookie cutter like all chain hotels. It was really neat that they took an old historic property and have it new life. Interior was beautiful and the beds were comfortable. It was a little tricky to keep the room temperature controlled with the large windows and it being cold outside, but we were able to figure out how to control that.
