location was very good for me, but a a short baht bus ride away from the hustle and bustle of the centre. The bus route is only a few metres away. The hotel has a great restaurant and the staff are very friendly. One down point, there was no kettle, or microwave in the room. This is unusual as most hotels have a kettle. Other than that my stay was great!

Excellent service & food!!!

The service is super excellent. Very friendly staffs and hotel owner. You can check in at 1AM - 2AM. There is always a staff at the reception. What you can't miss at this place is the Thai Food at lobby restaurant. The food is super amazing. Very authentic taste and very very very cheap!!!! I had it once two years ago and came back yesterday. Never disappointed!! Unlike many hotels in the same tiers, A/C here works very well which is very comfortable during the sleep. The location may not be at the downtown pattaya but it's good enough to travel everywhere with motorcycle or GRAB taxi or with your own car. The room is getting a bit older than the first time we came last two years but still in a very good condition.

Good stay. Good wi-fi. -close to park. It’s quiet and nice. Around 20 mins away from the beach and all noise. Big and comfterble bathroom. Shower has great hot water.

Nice place

The apartment was very clean. The staff is very friendly, but they don;t speak very well English. The town can be accessed from the main road,it is not so far from hotel,1 minute walking. There you can stop buses to go in the town(walking street and pattaya beach). They offer extra cost services but the prices are right. Don't expect some view. It is a good place to stay for a good price.

Great Modern Central Hotel

Enjoyed my stay,reception staff very helpful and informative,breakfast staff were good but a lack of english made ordering a little difficult,the hotel was great value,clean,spacious and a good,easy location by songtheaw into Pattaya or Jomtien Beach.when i return to Thailand will book again,and highly recommend to others.

Great Hotel friendly helpful staff

I stayed 5 Nights was a nice experience, had a motorbike for last 3 days but Baht Bus fare was 10 baht moto taxi 60 to 100 baht. Had breakfast 3 times and was always quickly served and adequate. Only minor irritation was tiny ants would get in opened drink or food on top of frige,so if you left a half filled glass then the ants would be in it within minutes. No joiner fee for the single males. I will stay here again.

Excellent reception and service from staff who were always helpful and polite.Family Mart and 7/11 supermarkets close by.A laundry each side of the hotel.T5 suites has its own cheaply priced taxi-bus,with other road transport links close by.A great budget hotel.

good value in pattaya

i stayed at t5 suites in pattaya for 4 nights ,it was much better than i had expected for such a small hotel the staff where fantastic always helpful , the rooms where very big and they had large balcony . food was excellent very good value breakfast so we never had to hurry out . only 100 yards to local transport. the room we had was on the pattaya side so room was cool didn't use aircon much .i will stay again

Doors slamming !

Stayed here for 7 days in December, everything great and not bad value for money. All staff excellent. The only thing I could fault it on is the constant slamming of doors late at night, early morning, evening etc dont know if its the buildings acoustics or through drafts? But it's a real pain!
