Bad checkin experience

This is the first time visiting Pattaya and I’m disappointed with the hotel reception service.the check -in took me 30mins because I use my English +surname instead of my full name as passport.the staff insisted me to show them a proof and called to the hotel.com and wanted to represent me to change my name as in passport. Do u think it’s ridiculous?.the room was fully paid with booking numbers during booking. I’ve never encountered this problem in Bangkok.Ive been using this English +surname since with hotel .com for years.

Great hotel and very nice staff. Clean and sweet

I really liked the hotel. It’s on top of Terminal 21, arguably one of the best shopping malls in Thailand, which makes it easy to find a retreat to get some food or whatever one finds relaxing. The room had flickering star light in there sealing in the hotel which really made the room unique and very pleasant to chill

Great kid friendly hotel! Our room was wonderful. We had a lovely view of the city and ocean. Great location with terminal 21 shopping centre connected to it. Pool was great, it just could of been warmer! My 2.5yr old couldnt stay in for long. The water park feature looked so fun but again it was absolutely freezing! Also, they dont sell alcohol at all. I wish i had known this, they dont advertise this much. If they had i wouldnt of booked. But you can BYO and they serve it for free. Made our holiday cheaper but would of been lovely to have a cocktail by the pool. Should be advertised better on their website. Otherwise it was a lovely hotel. We enjoyed our time here. So central!

This was a dream location and vacation destination for our family. The grounds are beautiful, there’s so much fun for kids, and the attached mall is awesome. Will visit again!
