Great hotel & a special shout out to the staff, all levels were so friendly & helpful, such a wonderful team. They all looked after us well. Hotel is well placed for sight seeing & shopping. Comfortable, spacious room & very good view from the 27th floor. Efficiently run & no complaints from us!

The problems that I had with this hotel was that I had two twin (full) size beds and ONLY one pillow each bed, not to mentioned the fridges sucks n my water was never cold. Beside those two issues, love the AC! Didn’t get a chance to jump in the pool.

Good room, pathetic breakfast

Just stayed here for 1 night with family. Hotel looks grand, is new and the room was spacious as well. Didn't explore all the amenities but here are my pain points. 1. During the holiday season, how can you close breakfast at 10 am? 2. The breakfast was really bad. it has to be more international in nature rather than catering to just one nationality.
