Very good value. Location a 2 minute walk from beach, and close to many restaurants, etc. Pool area is beautiful but not heated. Staff very courteous and helpful. Breakfast is white bread with jam and instant coffee.

Near the beach

Pleasant Stay at Best Beac Villa

Good location. Big and clean room. Staff is friendly and helpful. Nothing to complain about. This is our second stay and we always enjoyed our stay here.

The hotel is on a quiet soi but not so far from nightlife. Great breakfast for the price. Friendly staff. Rooms a little run down but still good for the price.

Big room, in a good location

Room is big & clean, with queen bed, 32" LCD TV with some movie channels, big fridge with 2 bottles of water free daily, in-room safe, and a big bathroom with tub. Very near to the beach and walking distance to Big C supermarket. For nightlife, hotel is near to Soi 6. Hotel was changing to a new wi-fi network during my stay so there were intermittent connectivity issues. Didn't try their breakfast so can't comment.
