Needs renovation

Staff were very helpful and its only a 10 minute walk to the beach. The room that I stayed in needed a revamp in all areas. The hotel initially looks like its sutuated in a slum area. The view from my hotel room was not inspiring. Rooftop pool was good, but the gym was limited to 3 basic machines.

Property sits in a alley or deadend soi makes walking getting around bit more difficult other than that and hardest mattress I have seen good little budget hotel if bedding was fixed would recommend

Great Hotel

Great hotel set in a quiet soi,but near all the action. Staff are friendly and helpful Nice pool area on rooftop so sun all day. The pool really could do with a fridge to save the waiter having to run up and down stairs every time someone wants a drink. My only other critisism is that the hotel does not have a card machine which means a walk to the August Hotel to pay on arrival. It seem strange in a hotel not to have a card machine.

Staff was rude and really dont care about anything except the tip jar at the front desk. Staff is always on the phone. Accused us of stealing a small towel at check out( which we never got). Staff never said hello or anything unless they had a problem and then they sure let you know it and not in a nice way. Dont even think about bringing a guest to your room there is a 500 baht charge. Be prepared to sign a page long of additional rules and charges at check in. Bad experience all around. You have been warned!

Great Hotel Lovely staff Large comfortable room Downsides ; Lack of sunbeds at pool ( was 8 then 3 more came) but insufficient for guests using pool area. WIFI reception by pool very poor . No card machine at hotel at all had to go to sister hotel (August Suites) to use theirs at both check in and departure. This is ridiculous in a hotel of this size. It was the same in February when I last stayed.

Great stay as always

Stayed here before and great second stay as well. Didn't use the facilities as much this time. Great location with short walk to either of the party areas. Would recommend to stay again.

This was a great place for my first ti e in Pattaya. It's located in the heart of downtown. Walking distance to everything. The staff was very helpful and accomodating. The onsite restaurant made breakfast a breeze.
