Razoável, o colchão precisa ser trocado pois já está muito mole e deformado assim como tem uma poltrona no quarto toda descascada que não dá coragem de sentar. O Elevador com luminária quebrada e fios aparecendo. Eu fico nesse hotel desde a inauguração e, apesar dos investimentos em piscina e academia, o restantes está deteriorando.

Fiquei um dos melhores quartos do hotel, não tenho que falar em relação a conforto, porém, estou em viagem a trabalho, e uma coisa que eu prezo muito é uma internet de qualidade, e não encontrei isso no Class Hotel, infelizmente não pegava rede de Wi-Fi no meu quarto que era o último do corredor. Falei com os recepcionistas, Mas nada adiantou.

Hotel extremamente barulhento a qualquer hora. Escutasse tudo que ocorre no corredor, vizinhos laterais e de cima. Até arrastar de cadeiras e mesas do refeitório te acorda de madrugada. Nunca vi assim

Já fiquei em hotéis da mesma rede, mas achei que este ficou meio que parado no tempo, está muito defasado em todos os sentidos (roupa de cama e banho, móveis, atendimento), mas o que pesou foi o atendimento, no checkin foi muito demorado, não se atentaram a solicitações feitas, não tinham certeza do total de águas que pegamos no bar, não foram sem educação muito pelo contrário, mas acho que precisam de treinamentos pra um atendimento de excelência!

Infelizmente alguns pontos de melhoria para o hotel… TV não funcionava, me trocaram de quarto, mas o ar condicionado estava bastante sujo… não tive coragem de ligar. Café da manhã faltando muita coisa, acredito que falta funcionários para realizar reposição… restaurante também demora demais para entrega dos pedidos, solicitei um peti Gateau e o bolo veio tão duro que não consegui partir, devolvi. Lençol da cama bastante velho, manchado ou sujo… precisa de melhorias…
