Perfect location to arrive by train, and to walk to events, lavish breakfasts, contemporary style building with a multinational staff. Only downside was that not all staff members were willing to lock the luggage storage room.

Terrible Service at MK hotel
The Mk hotel overall was a nice stay. The young man in reception was totally unengaged in his job and not helpful. At one point I asked for some ice to place on an injury and he told me to go next door to the grocery store for ice. I went to the grocery store and they didn’t have ice. I went back to the reception desk and reported no ice. He then directed me to a tourism location across the street. I asked if I could just get some from the kitchen and he very reluctantly got up and went to kitchen to get me a small bag of ice. If he doesn’t want to work with tourists he should find another job

We loved staying at MK Hotel in Passau. It was very close to the train station but very quiet. And it had all the modern luxuries you needed for easy traveling. I would definitely stay there again! The people were very nice and accommodating too!

Very nice hotel. We stayed here for two nights before embarking on a bike planet tour. The staff was courteous and very helpful. The hotel is am excellent place to stay.

If you pick the correct parking garage, the hotel elevator accesses the parking area. The correct parking garage was not provided until AFTER checkin so had to move car to correct garage.

Smart, modern station hotel.
High quality hotel right opposite the station, large bedrooms, very full breakfast, let down only by the watered down fruit drinks, but overall an excellent stay.
