I did not have a very good experience at the stay. The staff was very nonchalant and not helpful. The pool was down the entire time, even though I was told at check-in that it would be up and running in an hour so nothing fun to do for my kids, then the day of check out I found a bedbug on the bed. They sent two people up to do an examination and place the bug in a cup and told me that they were going to do an examination and get back to me. Didn’t feel like they were really taking me serious when I checked out the manager didn’t even want to talk about the situation until I brought it up , and all I was offered was a free snack and a free drink from the concession stand at check-in very upset with my stay here would not be coming back. I am so sad that I have this experience as the hotel room itself was actually clean and the breakfast was decent, Hope future guest don’t have the experience I did and I hope they fume out that room like they said they would and that’s just not what they tell guest to get them to shut up

From the moment we arrived, we had a cigarette smoke smell in our room that only seemed to get worse as the night went on. The bathroom tiles were all cracked as the bathroom has seen better days and needs a refresh.

The worst Hilton experience I’ve ever had.

When we arrived, our room framed of smoke, despite it being a “non-smoking” room and floor. There were multiple floor tiles loose in the bathroom, and the bathtub leaks when using the tub as a bath. They’ve only got one person working at the desk and they barely acknowledged that these kinds of issues are unacceptable. Stay at your own risk. I know I’m never coming back.

This was probably one of the nicest hotels that i have stayed in which I travel 3 times a month and stayed in many. Very clean,modern,kitchen was great the suites were awesome. Kids loved the pool

It was mediocre. I’ve had better stays elsewhere. The couch in the living room was small and the bed was too hard. The water never gave me a clean feeling almost like it had moisturizer in it. And there was a lot of noise in the hallway late at night. Probably wouldn’t stay again.
