Good for the price

For the price, it’s a winner. Pretty clean, everything worked. Was a hole in the wall that looked like it just happened so I’ll let that slide. Chair on balcony was nice. However, the woman at the front desk on Sunday at 4:00 was rude, not willing to help and hung up on me. I originally called front desk because I wanted food delivered. You need a key to access building, so I want sure what to do. The woman at front desk at 1:00 said have driver vine to lobby and we will give him a key. Well the door dash driver went to lobby and they eating give him a key. He left my food OUTSIDE all the way at other end of building. I called the front desk and asked why they didn’t give him a key and she said I didn’t pre-authorize the delivery. Which was BS. She could have very easily called me ( the rooms still have telephones) and asked. But obviously too lazy. Long story short, I nicely asked if she could bring it up and she abruptly told me NO. SHE WAS THE ONLY ONE THERE. so, I said there’s no housekeeping or maintenance or manager to bring it up? And she hung up on me. The door dash driver came back and I was waiting downstairs at the door so I could beep him and I heard someone knocking up stairs so I went back to my room and someone was there with the food. Not particularly friendly - and handed me my food and walked away with a huff. Other than the nasty lady, I’ll stay again.

The room had everything I could of needed. Except it had quite of.few which I was killing swating them with a wash cloth. Drain Flies. Have pictures if needed But other than that the room & location was perfect!

Cost of three star but service and amenities like budget hotel. No water bottles provided in the room. Wifi was slow. TV was not operate able by remote. Bathroom door was not able to close and latch properly. House keeping was on demand only not by default. Very limited options in breakfast fast. Instead of pillows there’s cushions on bed… zero recommendations……

I stay at Ramada for 6 nights on the business trip. The room and bathroom was clean and updated. The only problem I had the TV and coffee machine didn’t work in the room . I request twice for someone to come to check but nobody came . The breakfast was simple but ok to start a day.
