The room was never clean throughout the whole stay, I requested at the front desk and was informed that it will be clean but that never happened. The towels were not replace, the room, hallway and lobby were dirty. The tv didn’t through the whole stay no one show to repair. The worst hotel I ever stayed in, will report this to trip advisor to alert other people

This hotel is old, needs to be remodeled. Dirty carpet in hallway. Complimentary breakfast included, unfortunately staff member was arrogant and spoke profanity. Pool is big but did not use it.

There’s dust everywhere the AC covered in dust! My kids had rashes all over his body. Curtains were covered in dirt and stains. Pillow cases looked so dirty. Floors were sticky.

It was really bad ambience and could smell weed the very first thing as soon as I got off the cab. Hotel itself was in a very poor condition with walls, doors and rooms. Bathroom door didn't lock even though it had a locking mechanism. Breakfast area was looking very bad as well.

It was good at parking, breakfast, my wife say the price was good too. But we pass 6 days without cleaning the room. It was an excellent place to walk and think if you looking for a place with enormous space to do that. It was a good place with several good experiences with one bad.

This hotel was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Check-in was at 3pm, we were there at 6pm and told our room was still being cleaned and that we should return in 30-45min. (All king bedrooms were being cleaned at the same time.) We did, and we got the same story. Waited until 7pm and a line of people was forming. Everyone was being told the same thing or being sent away angry. I don't know about you, but if you spend a whole day traveling, the last thing you want to do is wait for a room. We were finally in our room by 830pm, but we had to downgrade if we wanted a room. Why this was an option 2hrs later is beyond me. The system wasn't working in addition, and they told me to come back later and pay for the room when the system was working. Instead, I get an overdraft charge on my bank account because they put through the card they had instead of waiting for me to pay. The hotel was dirty. Every guest there had an issue that the staff didn't seem to care about resolving, and just gave the same canned answers to guest after guest. We saw why it took all day for our room to get cleaned: it took 3 ladies to clean one room in 3 hours because they spent the time partying instead of cleaning. I never received the refundable deposit. The hotel is in a great location, and they are booked every night. But I will not be returning, and I am recommending if you want a hassle-free stay, go somewhere else. This was completely unacceptable.

When I arrived the day of my reservation it was already 5 30 PM and according to the hotel check-in starts at 3 PM however my room was not ready at 5 30 PM and after I left and came back in hour later it still wasn't ready I was scheduled to be somewhere at 7 PM instead I was 45 minutes late because of the poor management at the hotel

First of all, they gave us the wrong room we got in a dirty messy room second of all when they gave us our actual room. It was nasty even after housekeeping my friend went in the shower and found a 3 curly hair in the shower. the guests were terrible, screaming, shouting, listening to loud music at 3:30 in the morning we trying to sleep. The staff was rude to walk to me like I’m not paying no money. The breakfast is nonexistent they gave us microwave pizza that gave me diarrhea. Don’t stay here even if you on a budget. there’s a Chick-fil-A around it so that’s the only good thing about this hotel the floor the carpet is ripped. The walls are half painted. It looks like a mess. I saw it was 1.7 stars and trust me this is generous.
