hotel Parsippany Hampton inn 1. Heating does not work, the room is cold. The engineer could not fix it the first time. 2. The water in the toilet does not stay, it flows all the time. Noise, it is impossible to sleep at night. The administration did nothing. 3. The hotel took an additional 50 dollars, after full payment on Expedia. No way. We will never use expedia service again.

You know what nothing was unique about this, but it’s nice to stay in a room where the heat works and the buffet is tasty. I’ve had experiences where neither of those things are true.

We were very disappointed that the Hotel didnt have a bar/restaurant as advertised in the descriptiion and pictures on line.. Loud music coming from a car in the lot outside our room at 03:13....really? Like college???
