Checked out early, I requested a refund.
The room was poorly maintained. Stains covered the beds and walls, and there were tears in the comforter as well as the curtains and corner chair. The ceiling had holes and signs of water damage, and cobwebs filled the corners. The microwave was filthy, It was in unacceptable condition for a pregnant woman and her family.

Honestly the stay was great for us. Just needed two nights in a hotel that was clean with a comfy bed and that's what we got! Both the room and the bathroom were clean and in good condition. Also had a microwave and mini fridge (unstocked, good for leftovers) which was nice

Not good. Called down to the lobby to find out how to get clean towels. He told us it was automatic. no worries. Came back Sat night and everything was still on the floor. then they tried to throw the front lobby guy under the bus. Take ownership of your mistakes. not happy after a 12 hours work day to have to get asked if we left a do not disturb sign on the door Duh. We were not there but at art show working.
