They charged $150 cleaning fee for a one night stay with our dogs. Staff were supposed to bring a complimentary dog bed and bowl to the room. An hour and a half later i went back to the front and they had forgotten. Phone range randomly at 10:30pm while we were sleeping waking us up. Then at 11pm someone knocked on our door. Staff said sorry but quickly brushed it off. Overall unimpressed especially for a four star hotel. Would not stay there again having cost me $400 dollars for a night of poor sleep.

Lovely modern hotel
This hotel is beautiful! We were impressed with the decor. They upgraded us to a suite, which was very nice. We had a kitchenette. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower/bathroom were spacious. The bathrobe came in handy. It was nice having normal size shampoo/creme rinse/body wash/lotion bottles instead of tiny ones.

The Archer…my new favorite hotel!
The Archer is an amazing hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The Archer was immaculately clean. The room was remarkable and the bed very comfortable. I wish I had the time to enjoy the bar and sit by the fireplace in the lobby. I would definitely stay here again.
