Nice stay in Arriondas
Excellent hotel and although I would've expected a more "standardised" room, i.e boring furniture, I was very pleasantly surprised. The furniture was cute, the bed and room comfy, the bathroom nice and the room had a little fridge to keep things cool. Staff were nice and check in absolutely uncomplicated.

hotel is well located if want to avoid the city noise, modern and comfortable, breakfast included is good. you can walk to city if decide to visit it.

Cogimos este hotel con el filtro de admisión de mascotas porque es ibamos a hacer el descenso del sella con nuestro perro. Cuando llegamos para hacer el check-in nos dijeron de muy malas formas que alli no admitían perros y que era imposible que hubiesemos hecho esa reserva. No nos ofrecieron ninguna solución, tampoco nos hicieron el reembolso y nos echaron de alli con un desprecio enorme

El hotel perfecto para dormir y subir a los lagos temprano. El unico problema fue que estaban de fiesta en el pueblo y la música de la verbena se oia en la habitación.

Estancia estropeada
Las instalación excelente y el entorno natural estupendo. Cuando llegamos el silencio era santo y seña de tan idílico lugar pero a nuestro regreso de los Lagos el ruido lo invadía todo. Ese fin de semana había una multitudinaria concentración motera, fiesta nocturna incluida en el hotel, por lo que el descanso se hizo complicado. Entiendo y me alegro que, más después de esta horrible pandemia, el establecimiento pueda albergar estos eventos. Pero lo razonable habría sido cerrar el hotel en exclusiva para el mismo o, en su defecto, haber avisado previamente al resto de huéspedes acerca del mismo por si querían cancelar su reserva.
