Zermatt Utah Resort & Spa Trademark Collection by Wyndham offers 230 air-conditioned accommodations with safes and coffee/tea makers. Beautiful location and nice hotel well kept on the exterior and surroundings. Staff mostly very helpful annd friendly. Inside it’s all a little dated and could use a renovation. Carpets in hallways worn ( first floor), fitness center machines seats mostly chipped plastic, not maintained to change all weights. All sauna, steam rooms closed despite full resort fee charged. Those I was hoping to use. Bakery has small awesome selection but room next to it could use some decoration and a touch of personality / warmth. Feels like a doctors waiting room.The restaurant very nice menu and we enjoyed famous filet Wellington one night! Overall we loved to town and the place was nice especially now in fall.

It took us 45 minutes to check-in. Then we were not given proper directions to room/villa/condo. Went up and down the elevator and found out that the room was in a far away building. When we opened the door, there was a very bad smell in the room like it had not been aired in months. The carpet was dirty - so dirty that I never took my shoes off. The carpet was coming apart at the seams. We simply walked off. The elevator call button was broken. You have to take stairs to go up and down. Overall a terrible experience.

Love this town and the property was nice, although for the price requested it is not nice enough. Found a bunch of trash under our dresser, paint was pealing. They need to make some renovations to continue to ask for those prices.

Love this hotel, Come at least once a year just to get a way for the weekend. They have a great bakery on site and two places to eat makes it easy. Kids love the mini golf and pools. But lately the hotel starting look ran down and out dated several lights in the room were not working. The pool was very dirty looking the pool floor and side tiles looked like it hadn't been cleaned for a very long time made the pool feel dirty and the ceiling in the pool area was moldy also

We had a penthouse suite and the carpet was gross the coffee maker was broken the toilet you had to hold the handle for five seconds to get it to flush, I hate to complain but I think if you pay $320 a night for a room it should have carpet that’s not all stained like it’s been in a garage for a couple years. But other than that it was a nice stay.

We stay here every year since our kids were babies, can’t beat the close mini golf course and the carousel that are both complimentary to guests. The pool is awesome and the on site bakery for breakfast is always our favorite! Thank you for an amazing stay once again.

Trinidy at the front desk took extra good care of our family during our check in process. The next morning we had a tired baby, and again the AM front desk associate was so generous about giving us a complimentary late check out so the baby could continue comfortably napping in the pack n play before heading home.
