Nice basic Italian restaurant on the premices with good food, awesome staff. Continental breakfast, nice choices, great yogurt! Housekeeping didn’t always replace coffee items in the room, which we used daily, to the point that we had no cups for our last morning there. Only one of three ice machines worked. Something that surprised me, no microwaves in the rooms. We bought food to cook in our room, only to learn no easy way to do that, had to take items downstairs to use that one. Not a disaster, but very inconvenient.

Fair stay overall. Staff all very nice, Building and furnishings showing their age. Floor plan and layout very inconvenient. Only one elevator at end of building…seemed like it was a long walk every time to go anywhere. Weird temperamental ice machines. Breakfast very average at best… not much variety, and eggs were packaged kind with little flavor. Bed was also average…mattress had indentations from where most people have slept over a long period of time…probably due for replacement. Noise from hallway more than average. All in all, not a memorably good stay. I will say again, the staff were very nice.

Great location. Clean and comfortable room. Good on-site dinner venue. Their breakfast set-up was "ok" to us and instead we chose to walk elsewhere for breakfast in the mornings. Look forward to returning.

We had a WONDERFUL experience during our first time staying at Peaks Hotel! We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and were delighted to find a hand written note wishing us a happy anniversary in our room upon arrival. Thank you so much Rendra! Beds were a little lumpy and could use an upgrade. No Kleenex provided in rooms which is odd so used toilet paper. Loved the decor and layout of the hotel. We heard kids running the hallway. And jumping around and running in the room above us which disturbed us being able to sleep in after a long road trip.
