A very nice stay with a family going to visit Disney. Great location. Lovely set up in the lobby area of the hotel. The family room was fine for the 4 of us. Not huge but it did the job. Food was not great and very overpriced. We ordered in deliveroo in the evenings instead. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again. Pool was also nice and warm all be it the water was looked a bit grubby and was a bit gritty.

The hotel lobby is a visually stunning experience, especially with the halloween decorations which were up during our visit. However that's where the positives end. We experienced poor service from the hotel staff when advising about issues with the room temperature. It was very hot and stuffy, but even though the connecting room had air conditioning, the staff were rude and dismissive, stating it's only heating. I was told to put the heating off and open the window; however when I advised that we had already done that, the engineer just muttered under his and left without even trying to help. Very poor attitude, won't be back.

Very long queue on check in. Staff were attentive though. No pillows in the room, which was sorted quickly. Room was spacious and bed very comfortable. Large stain on carpet by the bed- vomit? No queues for breakfast at all; although it was a little chaotic, which is to be expected when it is packed for of excited children! Food was pretty good, including fresh fruit salad. Main issue is swimming pool and gym. The pool was filthy and desperately needs updating. Lots of ‘stuff’ floating in the pool; some of which had obviously been there a while. All the lockers were broken and doors hanging off. The multi gym was also broken and could have been dangerous due to frayed wires. However, the pool and gym were the only downside of the hotel.

Great hotel for families. Buffet was nice, the kids loved the Nutella. Shuttle service was not too bad, a little crowded, but fine overall. The pool was great, nice and warm as it was raining and cold during this time. Our favorite part was the bar/lobby area. Great drinks, a nice place to lounge after a day at the parks with the kids. Atmosphere was so much fun.

Hotel was clean and close to the parks. We used this for a one night stay before moving to a Disney hotel. The staff at check in ignored us and continued to check in French guests behind us in the queue. Only after all French guests were checked in would they serve us. Being British must mean you are invisible until the French guests have been looked after.

I got stung 20 euro to get out car park with no clear instruction from reception about the ticket system I can stay in London for 24 hrs for £5 it was a joke!!!!!
