It was a lovely stay at the property. It was clean and well maintained. Well connected by bus in either direction just in front of the property. Need getting used to and staff is very helpful. We needed a photo for our daughter’s navigator card. Reception staff just took a colour print out for us and we were sorted.Kitchen is small and basic but good enough for short stays. There was a minor issue of electric hob not working which was fixed promptly. 2233 bus goes directly from in front to Disney in one direction and to Val D Europe in the other from where you can take RER to Paris.

Perfect hotel for families going to Disneyland

The hotel was perfect for our family including 2 babies. The room has a kitchenette which was ideal. They were able to accomodate 2 cots and the room was very spacious. The hotel is in a great location with a bus stop for disney and a bakery outside the door. We will definitely stay here again of returning to disneyland

Bad customer service

This is our 2nd time staying here. It was good the first time, but terrible on our second stay. The WiFi wasn’t working in our room, so we had to use mobile data for the whole night. Talked to Mohamed at the front desk, he was very rude and said there was nothing he could do and to use WiFi in the lobby instead. The customer service was HORRIBLE. They were so rude. We won’t be staying here again.

We liked the rooms it was very helpful to have a little kitchen area with each room, lovely and clean and a comfy bed. The Staff were mainly friendly and not to far away from Disneyland. It would have been nice to have somewhere closer to eat in the evening, but there were some little shops around the corner, which was very handy. I would stay there again, if I was to go back to Disneyland.

Really impressed

We stayed here a week ago (end of March 2025) and I would definitely stay again. It was very clean and modern, lovely big bath and a good distance from Disney. Staff were very helpful and the bed was really comfortable. The only thing to note is they said they don’t have luggage storage and check in isn’t until the afternoon, but the lady on the front desk was great and actually said we could have our room early

Excellent location to Disneyland Paris & local train station. Bus stop literally outside entrance with bus to & from Disney in about 15 mins €2. Uber 8 mins €12 to Disney. Pizza/fast food restaurant 30 sec walk open till midnight perfect for food after full day at Disney. Clean, large rooms with everything needed. Would highly recommend for families. Thank you
