OK hotel for Disney
The hotel is ok if you are going to spend most of your time out at Disneyland anyway, took just over 5 mins by taxi to get to Disney Village. The room itself was fine - bedroom, nice bathroom with big bath, kitchen fine. The problems we had were: 1) The heating didn't seem to work very well as our room was very cold. 2) Our double bed was two singles together, which is normally not too bad but in this case the mattresses seemed too small for the bases as our beds kept coming apart forming a gap in the middle (secretly I liked this as it meant I could sleep without getting my arm crushed with a face full of hair).

Dissatisfied stay.
It was close to Disneyland. The room had a few spiders, some dirt and the roof was cracking up top. The WiFi didn’t work in the bedrooms. The breakfast didn’t have anything but coffee that was hot. They ran out of ham got breakfast one of the two days we stayed. The “shuttle service” wasn’t a usual shuttle service, don’t take it if you have kids. Our driver never showed up to pick us up from Disneyland with our toddler at 10:30pm it was so cold out, we had to take a taxi back that cost €20! The front desk person didn’t help much when I called to try to find out about our pick up. It was frustrating. The heater didn’t work in the room so, we had to use the small space heater. It was disappointing.

Staff were very helpful and provided thIngs that we needed such as plug adapted. Parking was excellent. Room was clean and tidy. Shuttle in evening and weekends was excellent and at a good rate to and from Disney. I would use this again

Good for location. Gross for cleanliness.
The hotel is in a great location for Disney if you have a car. but thats its only saving grace. The room ia downright disgusting. The sheets covered in what looked like fecies and a white/clear substance. To have your room cleaned and towels freshening you will need to pay am up charge to the hotel. The room itself goes up from the price quoted on the site by approx 20 pounds. Avoid this hotel. You'd be in a cleaner environment if you sleep on the streets.

Nice hotel not far from disney
After reading bad reviews I was really worried but we had a lovely stay, we only slept and ate there so did what we needed it to :) Are only issue was the combi microwave (couldn't figure it out at all😂😂😂) so had crumpets in a pan but room was clean and spacious and staff were friendly and was a 10 mins drive to Disney

Staff dont clean your room , no fresh towels neither do they empty your bins. Duvet is as thin as a sheet of paper and the rooms stink. Bugs in light holders and people playing football at 2 in the morning on the street. Completely ruined my disneyland experience. Never ever use this hotel again

Well placed for Disneyland, room very basic and tired looking, little or no heating, shower poor, cooker broken, no kettle ! no toaster ! Supposed to be self catering ? Breakfast in dining room an absolute joke ! Not worth €1 let alone €10 ? Not impressed ! 🤔

not very clean
Family room had urine smelling carpets and a horrible smelling bathroom. Helpful and friendly staff member moved us to two new rooms that were marginally cleaner. Suspect stains on blankets that i guess don't get cleaned often, the actual white bed sheets and towels were clean. Toilets really poorly cleaned with brown stains. Ended up cleaning all surfaces and the bathroom. Its fine as a place to sleep for Disney if you really are going to be out all day. I expected basic facilities as it is so cheap but clean would have been good. Maybe I was just unlucky with the rooms? The staff were all very friendly and helpful and did care that I was not happy with the room but there is only so much they can do. The public areas were clean and tidy at all times. Breakfast was very good. The location was OK, bus stop right outside for Disney. We checked out early.

I'd pass on this one.
It's very cheap which is great. shuttle doesn't work Sunday so cab was expensive. #43 bus rarely comes at night so that cab was expensive too. And the carpet, curtains, couch, and bedding were all orange. And stained and very run down. The rooms look like an adult film set in Van Nuys circa 1972. I'd pay a little more to stay somewhere else.

Good location and pleasing price
The hotel had exactly what we needed at such short notice. the bedroom was adequate, the pillows were the only negative to the sleeping area. The kitchenette was exactly what we wanted although, the smell of the room was a little like stale smoke. Not overpowering but still there. It’s in a good location to Disneyland with travel to the parks on the 43 bus which picks up and drops off right outside the hotel. All in all a good hotel for the price and location.

Last minute saviour!!
After a horrible start at an awful hotel in central Paris we quickly booked this hotel at a wonderful price. Extremely easily accessible. Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful surrounding area. Comfortable rooms. Looking to book again with my husband. Can't wait to come back.
