Very nice property with easy walkable access. Room was fine and very clean. Ate at restaurant which is really only place around. Overpriced and average food. Had to send sea bass back because undercooked. They did redo it. Had a large bottle of still water and that cos 8.5 euros. Pretty ridiculous

Nice property. The only drawback was when I checked in I was told that the restaurant was open to midnight. When I showed up at 9:30 they said it closed in a few minutes and I could try the bar or room service. Turns out they stopped serving food in general. Evidently they closed for some type of cleaning. They might have wanted to share that with the front desk, put out a sign, etc.

Unfortunately the bathroom was quite dirty. The hotel restaurant was overpriced. And the elevator didn't seem to work with the card that was provided. Although our experience in the hotel was mediocre, the one thing that was convenient was the bus's and shuttle system being twenty yards away from the front entrance of the hotel, which allowed easy access to your terminal.

Was a nice property. I had the cleaning people come into my room everyday without knowing during my stay, sometimes even as I was either changing or sleeping! That was a first. I also thought it was free parking on the grounds but I was charged $20.00 on my last night to park. I didn’t like that. The front desk was wonderful as well as the staff for breakfast service and bar services otherwise.

It is extremely clean, comfortable and has great toiletries. The waters and sodas in the room were complimentary at the time of my stay. The restaurant on site seemed expensive but it is a quick walk to the airport terminal to the grocery and quick serve dining options. Of note: The courtyard between the terminal and the hotel is cobblestone, which could be difficult if you need accessibility or have heavy luggage.

Excellent location near CDG - hotel property itself very nice and would definitely return, however the common area between hotel entrance and the tram station was nasty. Cigarette butts, beer cans, broken glass and an abundance of derelicts that create a menacing environment. Property owners of the area hotels and local government should work together to clean things up.

We arrived at 11 pm. Very slow checkin process. Got to room. Ants in toilet area. Could not drain bathtub for my family member to shower. Called for help, no one on the phone could understand English. Room was dusty. They told us a shuttle would pick us up the next morning for a ride to the airport. We waited and waited. Then we found out we were to walk across the street to the train. Will not stay there again!

Great value, proximity to CDG, etc. Two things: if you have luggage, transporting more than two pieces on the CDG tram will be difficult and you’ll pay top price for a lift or cab. Second, breakfast is excellent but there is no hôtel store or vending and the restaurant sees itself as gourmet, so lighter meals will have to be taken at the airport. On Sunday this could be problematic.
