The only thing worth saving is the location of the property, the place was tidy but apparently it was closed for several days which caused a bad smell, the only solution they gave me was a spray :(, my son and wife were totally disappointed with the place.

The place was clean and had all the amenities. It was waaay smaller than what we hoped in comparison to the pictures. The top bed was so close to the roof one of us kept hitting head to roof while turning in bed ! Restaurants and coffee shops conveniently close. Nice patio sitting area .

This is a nice location, where is easy to walk to most interesting places. Many bakeries and restaurants are near by and around. Metro is out the door. It is very safe to walk around day and night. The studio has no closet and the shower is about 5-6 square feet.

This place has bedbugs and mice. I woke up at 3:00 am covered with bug bites!!! and mice running around. I had to run to another hotel paying a high price. The hotel said it'd refund me, but it didn't. The manager and hotel lied to us repeatedly.

This property was perfect for our first trip to Paris. Walkable to the Louvre, restaurants, and shopping. Easy access to public transit for the Eiffel Tower, Catacombs, and Cimetière du Père-Lachaise.

rustic property in good location. close to ameneties and good for walking to places of intetest. property needs some tlc.broken window in room.resident mouse.broken kettle.no plug for washing up. need to put up with possible noisey neighbours.

Hotel is in great location. The apartment we had was up flight of stairs. Kitchen was nicely equipped. The couch smelled old and musty. There were mice in the apt. Saw them in kitchen and one ran over our luggage.

The location is perfect for walking and public transport. my room was very quiet. The room was clean but too stuffed with things for the small space. The main issue was the bathroom: the shower pressure and hot water were not steady (too cold or too hot, very difficult to maintain a temperature).

For a particular kind of traveler, this hotel is great. I wanted to stay in a new-to-me part of Paris and this was a good location-easy Metro access, good food choices. I learned that I really don't like carrying my luggage upstairs three floors, and that having to take a lot of stairs kept me for dashing in and out and maybe going out as much as I might have otherwise. You don't hear Paris noise, but you will hear the locks of other doors as they are very loud, and floors are a little thin. I slept with the windows open and it was lovely and private. The room was clean and looks like the pictures. The room is cheerful and the exposed beams remind you of how old building is and many reimaginings across time. If you need a little space for yourself or when you are traveling with someone else, think hard. The dining table is cute, but not rally practical as a seating area. The shower stall had a very high step in, was tiny, and the long step down onto a tile floor while wet made me a little nervous. There is no maid service so towels and linens are not refreshed. Linens clean, but pillows and bedding could do for a wash as I could smell other people. Make sure you are prepared for a virtual check in and out. You'll need to use something like nannybag as they don't have luggage storage.

We loved the building and the room. The only disadvantage was the loud restaurant down stairs. We travel with noise canceling headphones so this problem was solved. I would recommend this property to friends.

Les Patios in Paris
Lovely apartment, a little lacking in kitchen essentials but stocked with bath products. Up three flights of stairs from the beautiful courtyard, the apartment has keyless entry avoiding any key exchange. Wonderful location.

Pretty place in a nice building and a great neighborhood/location. The WiFi didn’t work though, and it wasn’t on the first floor as advertised and didn’t have an elevator. A bit tricky to find the room.

Ok the place looks nothing like the pictures it’s actually worse.. it’s a weird unit from the steps to how small the unit is.. kinda dirty and my 6yr old son couldn’t sleep b/c the bed sheets were dirty n 2 mouse ran by.. 1 in bedroom n the other ran from the kitchen to bathroom.. closed the bath room door n didn’t open it again. Tub sink and toilet all dirty.. also the place is hard to find!

It was raining when we were there and we were on the top floor. The roof was leaking and it ended up damaging our bag while we were outside going on a tour.
