The unit has everything they say. It is great to have a kitchen and washer machine in the unit. The location is great, near restaurants and the metro. Keep in mind Paris spaces are smaller than the ones in the US, and that there are no elevators in the building.

The hotel has what you need, however the bad smell of sewer became very annoying. Easy to find metro and bus, and also very walkable neighborhood. It’s very well located and has very good connections.

It was hot. very hot. We had a portable rolling A/C unit that you have to leave the window open and fish out the exhaust pipe. I mean kinda ridiculous given that you could fix that with one night of what I paid to be there. The kitchen was great to have and the loft itself was very cute and functional. The grounds around the apartments is really cook and has a great vibe to hang out and have a coffee, etc.

We enjoyed staying in this location because it seemed to be more integrated with the local surroundings. The room was a good size with a small kitchenette and laundry. We liked the loft bed and the air con provided considering how hot it was over the weekend. The outdoor patio on the ground floor was bautiful.

Check-in process was great and they are always responsive. The rooms are odd and very very small. No AC just fans which makes it less than agreeable in summer. If you're looking for a bargain in a great location tgis is it. If you're looking to be comfortable I would recommend you look elsewhere.

I’m charged a day that I wasn’t in (July 30) because I landed August 1. No warning that there were no elevators so we had to carry luggage 5 floors. The room was smaller than expected. No air conditioning in the twin bed area so 3 people ended up sharing one double bed. My biggest complaint is the bedbugs that bit me and my family. I tried to contact services but I didn’t get anything. It ruined my mood for the trip.

LOVED the location and decorative style of the lobby and our room. It is central to so mant great spots and has a fabulous price. Our only conplaint is that we ended up with a fairly serious run in with bed bugs and got bit a ron our last eve and rhen travked them home to California and have had to treat the house since. That is a shame as we adored this spot and despite this gross news, would stull recommend other rooms besides ours. Our dad's room was fine for instance. Seems it was just ours with the bugs. Check in process was also difficult as the Credit Card processor on the email wouldnt take any of our American credit cards but we just brought cash the day of, so it was fine.

My stay was okay. I wouldn't choose this hotel again though. I was ready for the small room and no AC but, It is very difficult to rest at this location, at least in the room/experience i had. The walls and sound proofing between rooms and floors isnt there. The guests above me Fought all night on my second night and kept me up all night even with earplugs, at one point it sounded violent and tried to find security or a emergency contact for the hotel but did not find any. The hotel virtual front desk message system answered in the morning offering an apology for the guests. The main entrance to the building is also not secured, a label on the key pad says ‘open’ and the main gate opens for anyone instantly. The propertu is advertised as non smoking but everyone smokes in the main entry hall which wafts up to your room windows which are open die to no AC. Room was very clean and the staff i encountered were friendly.

Property is in great condition. Location is close to Metro station and within walking distance of attractions. Five flights of stairs was rough but expected.
