It was like a little sanctuary within the city, the garden was beautiful. Didn't mind the 5 flights of stairs but I did mind being burned by the pipe in the shower, which was so small that I couldn't avoid it.

The neighborhood is lovely. Walkable and convenient. The unit and building were very disappointing. When we booked it did not mention the 5 flights (97 stairs, I counted!) up to the very tiny flat. Two people travelling so we each had a bed - a pull out that you had to take a table apart to be able to use and a loft that you had to crawl into . In case of fire in that old building , there is no way out except for that same narrow staircase. Real safety issue. No wifi for 5 of the 7 days we were there. We emailed and called to get it connected. Email didn’t get it done so we called and talked to a women who sounded quite irritated at me for requesting that it be fixed. No I would not stay there again and no I would not recommend it to others. Not good value for the money and it was not inexpensive. There are better option in the area.

Great stay. Location was close enough to the Louvre to walk. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops nearby and luggage storage! Stairs are narrow and winding leading up to room though. I would stay again!

Property is very cute, the area has unlimited shopping and eating options. If you are looking for a nice quiet alternative to a hotel these quaint units are perfect. Only down side would be the accessibility for someone with limited mobility.

The apartment itself was really neat up three flights of narrow stairs. It was decorated nicely. Upon further inspection we found mouse poop in the second kitchen drawer and under the loft bed, and bed bugs. So that sucked. Have reached out to the owner haven’t heard back yet. Hôtel needs to be shut down ! I got bitten over 100 times by bedbugs in room. I feel violated and I left a day early and they haven’t even apologized or refunded me.

No Elevator - 5th Floor Apartment!!!
No elevator and studio on 5th Floor! Nightmare when you have large heavy bags this should be advertised front and center. Not just mentioned in the amenities section. No air conditioning! Clueless assistance from the phone - text. Stay away.

Está bien. Pero me tocó un piso 5 sin ascensor y el pequeño cuarto donde estaba la cama estaba prácticamente pegado al techo. Muy difícil moverse. Tampoco me dieron a tiempo la clave de wifi, tuve que escribir cuando estuve ahí. Podrían mejorar eso

Great location, loved it. Directions provided were clear and easy to follow. Studio was clean and welcoming. It surprising how all can fit to such a small space. Before booking read number of reviews both positive and negative. Granted this property is not for everyone, but all information was provided. I knew exactly the room will be tiny, but it was quite enough to sleep comfortably and get ready for next day adventures. My suggestion to properly management: to offer towel change at least every other day and coffee for espresso machines ready at least 2 per day not per stay.

Very nice and beautiful apartment. It was big and comfortable. The bathroom and the stairs to the loft were a little too small though. Other than that, no complaints.

We stayed at this property for five days. We loved how easy it was to come and go, there are so many cafes and coffee shops just outside the door. We also loved how close to the metro it was, with multiple stations for easy access. Our room was cute, though there were a few annoying things. I wish there would have been a manual for the cooktop and the washing machine. We never did figure out how to make the washer into a dryer, but thankfully there is also a laundry mat about 50 feet away. It was a great space for our family of 3.

I loved the area. Very vibrant but quiet enough. We had a small studio, but we already knew it would be. It was clean and cozy. The only issue we had was with the shower. It was very tight and the shower leaked a lot to the floor. I'm sure is an easy fix. Everything else was great and really worked for our needs!

The apartment is spacious. Check in was a breeze and well communicated. Long hairs in the bath tub. Wifi didn't work and the toilet howelled VERY loud for several minutes every flush. Overall an average stay.
