The front desk staff was great upon checkin. The room is tired and in need of an update. The furniture is worn and dated. We asked for additional bedding for the pullout sofa before we left the room and expected it to be there upon our return but I had to call the front desk twice when returning to the room. The AC didn't work great...it was set low but in no way was that the actual temp of the room.

Not the best.

This stay was an extension of a tour stay. The hotel did not have proper accommodations for people who are mobility challenged. No hand rail for the steps leading into the hotel or into the building we stayed in. The tub was so high with no support handle that it was extremely difficult to get into or out of. The toilet was way too low. The restaurant or bar was never open. The evening staff didn’t communicate welll with the morning staff.

I didn't actually stay there. It was so bad that I left and stayed at a different hotel. The pictures and description are highly inaccurate. It was filthy. It is a series of buildings and since I am travelling alone I would not have felt safe.

It was very attractive. Unfortunately our shower didn’t work and we couldn’t get the phone to work either to inquire about it. When my check-in email arrived, we only had reservations for one room with one guest instead of two adjoining rooms with two guests each. This is probably Expedia’s mistake but we ended up being at least three buildings away from our children which was not desirable. They said there were no other rooms available. The breakfast was excellent and the courtyard very attractive.

Outstanding and unique hotel

Amazing for few day's stay. Would return tomorrow. Great breakfast cafe and evening bars next door. Bastille restaurants 15 minutes walk and others en route. Metro 1 minute. Highly recommended for wonderful experience.

This property is a bit run down. The lobby is dark and uninviting. Seating is worn and uncomfortable. The room itself was clean. The shower situation is precarious as you need to step into a bathtub that has rounded sides and try to balance yourself as you shower.

Great location and cool atmosphere

We were a family of three visiting Paris. This is a clean, modern hotel in a great location close to cafes, Metro, and the sights at Ile St. Louis. We enjoyed the courtyard for some off-street outdoor time. The breakfast room was a bit crowded, but the food and service were awesome. Overall great location and cool atmosphere.
