Stayed here during my last visit and I thoroughly enjoyed it so I had to come back. Service is great. Hotel is great, beautiful and clean. No issues with check in or check out. Conveniently located near sightseeing areas. Can’t wait to come back again!

While the location was great, during the recent cold snap, we couldn’t get the room warm enough. There also were multiple occasions where the electronic key wouldn’t open the main lobby stairs access. Nice breakfast, however, where the coffee maker is situated, next to a ceiling support, made for a very congested breakfast area when there were more then a single person waiting on a coffee to be made.

The property is in a great location near the metro, cafes, sights and shopping. The staff was friendly and the room was cleaned daily. The cafe was convenient for drinks/coffee. The room was nice and as spacious as you’ll get in Paris for the rate; the bed was comfortable with enough pillows and the TV allows you to cast from your device. My issues were that there were no drawers for storage and only a small "open closet" area with a few hangers. Also, the restaurant was closed on the weekend which made little to no sense to me. Lastly, the elevator is not available for use and the stairs were quite an annoying task.

Staff was so helpful and charming. Perfect location. Beautiful balcony with Eiffel tower view. Walking distance to Gare St. Lazarre, grocery stores, bakeries, bistros, as well as Montmartre and the Arc de Triomphe. Our stay was perfection.

Really like the decor of this hotel-elegant, classic, but not trying too hard. The ladies at the reception are super friendly. I arrived earlier and the lady kindly took my luggage in. Quiet stay with books at the bedside.

This is a great choice for staying near Gare St Lazare station. Nice hotel with helpful staff, including a nice lounge/bar in the lobby area. The bed was extremely comfortable. Only complaints were that the TV didn't work well and English channels worked intermittently. You get a nice large bottle of water that they refill for you in the cafe. It would be nicer if they filled it and left in your room each day. A nice experience overall.
