Lovely Paris Boutique Hotel

It was an absolutely wonderful one night stop over. Exceptional front desk customer service with bubbly on arrival. Then after a wonderful nap nice dinner nearby. The breakfast rooftop cozy and a nice peak of the Eiffel Tower. Although cold and gray, the Julianna staff and my stay was the bright spot of my inway journey.

This may be a small boutique hotel, but it was a big win. My sister and I stayed for 3 nights and were treated like movie stars the entire stay. The hotel was impeccably clean, the owners artwork was everywhere which added a special touch and the staff was top notch. We wish that we were staying longer to enjoy the spa, but we did go look. It’s beautiful and has a large jacuzzi along with a wet and dry sauna. We want to really recognize Rui- he was able to get us a last minute reservation on Valentine’s Day at a trendy restaurant, he was so accommodating and couldn’t do enough to make our stay easy and memorable. Emily was always so warm and kind. Emmanuel was amazing and always went above and beyond. Even our chamber maid (I didn’t get her name) was impressive- our room was immaculate everyday. This staff was incredible and really elevated our stay and Paris experience.

The property, meet all of our expectations and the staff were super tentative, they could not do enough from recommending places to eat, booking cabs and allowing us alone time in the spa area, Rui and Emily really stood out as their customer service was next level. we will defiantly come back and stay here again soon.

Oh my goodness! We truly enjoyed our stay. The staff was great, the room was beautiful, comfy beds, beautiful bathroom, complimentary water and soft drinks. Complimentary spa… and it was centrally located. I will stay here very time I visit Paris.
