Perfect location for a stay right before flying out of T3 early morning. Rooms were basic but clean and quiet. There's a Starbucks and a M&S food store with great selection including cheap fresh fruit and hot foods just downstairs. Some great virtual games and foosball table for the little ones, and a good hot/cold/still/sparkling water dispenser in the lobby. Would have helped to have an in-room fridge or kettle.

Another good stay at a reliable hotel

Another great stay… clean, very comfortable bed, easy access to RER. My only complaint that I have every time, is the water fluctuates a lot in the shower from cold to burn you hot. I’m aware of this happening and am just careful. Also wish they would update their archaic hair dryers! They are like using a weak vaccum cleaner hose! But again, I make it work and the positives far outweigh the negatives.

The room was 100 degrees; we did not sleep the whole night. We tried to open our window but it was broken. There are no fans and no AC. We called down to the front desk 5 separate times and let it ring at least 30 times and no one answered. The room has the bare minimum. When we told staff that the window was broken, we didn’t sleep because of how hot it was (it is March 11th) they told us they were busy. I’m sorry but there’s no way you can’t accommodate your guests when they call once every hour for 5 hours. Horrible place, save your money and stay somewhere else.

It is very Boutique-like and walkable to the airport. It was missing refinements. One big towel, no hand towel. Our bed had rubber-like mattress covers creating a sweaty sleeping situation. In my booking info it boasted a coffee maker in the room… there wasn’t.

Towels and bed sheets were not clean, and looked very old. The bathroom was incredibly small and uncomfortable. The only good thing were the restaurants inside the hotel building

Hotel situé à quelques pas du terminal 3 ce qui était parfait pour nous. Chambre parfaite avec le divan-lit pour un enfant. Restaurant italien très bien sur place et bon petit-dejeuner style buffet. Seul hic, bien que ce soit souvent pour des séjours de courte durée, un petit réfrigérateur dans la chambre serait un plus.
