The unfortunate timing of the grand launch of the new name. It was TOO loud and very annoying. We have been traveling for 2 months, and this was our last night before our flight home. We had traveled all day and had another full day of traveling. All we wanted was a quiet meal and a drink. It took 30 minutes for the drinks to arrive and when the food arrived it was only slightly warm. Our room A/C did not work, then carpet was worn and stretched, but we were accommodated and moved to another room.

I loved this place. Stunning interior/lobby design. Rooms clean and modern. Bed super comfy and shower amazing. We ate at the restaurant and I felt like I was at a very fine restaurant. Good service and excellent, fresh tasting food. I would recommend this place without hesitation.

The flooring is a few years past needing to be replaced or refinished. The carpeting in my room was loose and wrinkled. The light on the door lock was not operative and the a/c wasn’t working very well. They put a fan in the room!

A less expensive hotel at the ara of the airport, with good free shuttle. Good bed. Rooms are not big and a bit oldish. Bath is dangerously slippy and one has to push very hatd the botton to flush the toalets

Great staff, hope renovation finishes soon

Staff members were very nice, however, it took too long for checking out, it took over 30minutes for technical issues. For the room, A/C was not working, Some people were getting floor fun from the hotel. All the English Channel on TV and some other channels were not working, and toilet bowl had multiple brown stains. Also there was a brown stain on the toilet wall. I was told that they are middle of renovation. I was staying during Paris Airshow, and hotel was full and busy, but all the staff members were nice. Good location and very easy to getting in/out of uber.

The air conditioning wasn’t working so technician was sent up -carpet in room was old and’wavy’ Had to change rooms Air conditioner was acceptable in new room which had been updated but not great if you like it really cold It was quiet and clean Had dinner at restaurant -good They have free shuttle to airport in a small 6 seater van It’s first come- no reservations - 10 minute drive to airport fro drop off at terminal 2
