After requesting to stay one more day, had a female staff member COME INTO MY WIFES room unannounced to tell her she has to check out at noon. Absolutely insane, unprofessional and dangerous behavior. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Experience at this hotel was mixed. Room was ok, beds were a bit worn out so comfort was not the best. Shower has a design flaw where there is a step to get in but nothing to block the water from leaking out of the open shower area. The drain either needs to be fixed to drain faster or redesign the shower. Carpet of the hallway for the rooms was very dirty looks to not have been cleaned in a long time. Hotel had an airport shuttle, driver was great.

This is such a luxurious and historical hotel. I love it and I recommend it to everyone. The service level is super, the view, the terrace restaurant and bar. I really like this place

We only stayed one night, not a lot to say, It was a lay over for our flight to Rome. They are close to airport and they have shuttle that pick us up & drop us off to the airport.

Close to airport but free shuttle has to be demanded to pick you up at airport. I requested but had to wait 45 minutes for it to come and even after someone had kindly phoned them for me. Smelt like cigarettes and carpet in all areas really dirty. Good for just a sleep for night in between transfer of flights.

Disappounted in the cleanliness of the hotel. Carpets were visibly dirty and the rooms were dark and musty. Moreover, it was advertised that there was an airport shuttle service for guests which turned out limited to specific times during the day and did not benefit us at all. Will not stay here again.
