The hotel is nicely located in a very quiet location, we hardly noticed any noise from outside. It's very walkable to major attractions (15-min walks to Louvre or to Notre Dame) as well as numerous restaurants. The hotel staff and room cleanliness were excellent, and the beds were comfortable. Unfortunately, there was not enough noise insulation inside the hotel, the walls are so thin you can hear everything, including people using the bathrooms. The room doors also need better cushioning when being closed - there was a bang and our room shook every time someone closed their door. This is especially bad when you have inconsiderate neighbours (like we did). That aside, we thoroughly enjoyed the quality of our stay at this hotel.

If your room is on the 5th floor, you will have to drag your luggage for half a floor of stairs before reaching the elevator. Upon reaching the 4th floor using the elevator, you have to drag another one-and-half floor of stairs before reaching your 5th floor room. So, bringing big luggage would be cumbersome. Front desk staffs do not appear to be friendly especially the morning person when we are checking out. He appears to be reluctant in doing his job and response only when asked. However, the hotel room is spacious for a big city like Paris. Property looks clean and tidy.

The Hotel was very close to many cafes and restaurants and also to the metro. The staff were very helpful when we needed extras like booking taxis etc. If we were going back, would definately stay here again

Had a wonderful stay in the family suite. Perfect size for three adults. Staff was very friendly and super helpful. Had to leave the key at the front desk when leaving, but with 24/7 reception, it was no problem at all. Location was very convenient for walking around and going to cafes, restaurants, and shops. Metro line was also very close! Hotel staff will arrange scheduled taxi transportation to the airport or train station to ease your traveling needs. Overall, highly recommend and would return!

I love this hotel and have stayed here since the 80’s. It was modernized long ago but I will always stay here since I stayed in this hotel on my very first trip to Paris in the 80’s.

Great place would stay again

The location of this hotel was excellent, within short walking distance of Notre Dame and the metro station and train stations were within easy reach too. The area felt safe at night, there were lots of shops, bars and restaurants nearby. Staff were really friendly and super helpful. Rooms are cleaned daily unless you opt out, and the continental breakfast was good value.
