The room was very small and did not have air conditioning, but the staff person working at the time we checked in was able to bring us a fan. Unfortunately, the booking company misrepresented some of the amenities that the hotel provides, such as laundry facilities. Since we had been traveling for several weeks when we arrived in Paris, it was an important amenity that we were looking for when we made the reservation. Despite these issues, the staff was friendly and courteous.

The hotel was in a great, convenient location with easy access to bus and subway transportation across the street. Breakfast was simple - meat, cheese, pastries, breads, hardboiled eggs, fruit, yogurt - but great start to the morning. Front desk people were helpful with transportation questions.

Excellent for a family outing in Paris

Definitely our best hotel stay in Paris. The room was modern and comfortable. The breakfast was lovely even if a bit do-it-yourself. The staff were friendly and informal. We greatly appreciated being allowed to eat our take away dinner in the breakfast room. The hotel is well located with lots of great restaurants around and the metro is metres away. A great stay all round
