A very lovely and comfortable hotel with lovely staff. The rooms are cosy, perfect for one or two people and the fixtures are nice. Was a great deal for the area it is in, which in my biased opinion is the best place to stay!

My stay was very pleasant overall. The hotel is located in a very nice area, not too busy to be overwhelmed as a tourist, but still very vibrant and lots of nice dining options. The room was pleasant and quiet. The highlight of the room was a perfectly quiet air conditioning unit, which is rare to find in hotels.

Great location with lots of shops and cafes near by. Metro stop less than 5 minutes away. The staff were extremely nice and helpful. The triple room for 3 people was very small, but no other complaints.

Small, cute hotel near Luxembourg Jardin. Nice breakfast in the mornings. Hotel staff were nice and helpful. Small rooms, as always in Paris, but include everything you need.

Stayed at property for a girls mini-vacation! Accommodations were great! Simple, experience changing highlight was coming back to enjoy a hot cuppa tea in the lobby! Staff was cheerful and even mailed some postcards for us! Looking forward to coming back!

The location of the hotel is excellent, in walking distance to plenty of restaurants and sites. However, our experience with the hotel itself was not ideal unfortunately. The cleanliness of the room was not one of a 4-star hotel. The shower appeared to not have been scrubbed or cleaned at all prior to our stay, the end tables next to the bed were filled with dust, and even the mini fridge in the room had a stain inside and smelled. We had an issue with requesting an extra towel that was never delivered (we even took off our do not disturb sign for a couple hours while we waited). My husband and I were very adamant about only selecting hotels for our trip that had air conditioning in the room as we both have trouble sleeping in warmer environments. Night 2 the hotel turned off the air conditioning completely and switched over to heat. We inquired to the front desk agent who was very unpleasant (not a smile once during our stay), he said "I can't please all of the guests". Frustrated with situation we requested if we could at least have a bed sheet (the beds are only a fitted sheet with a very heavy comforter, no sheet). We were told the hotel doesn't have sheets and were later given a duvet cover instead of a bed sheet to help combat the heat. We tried opening the windows the rest of our stay, but with no screens we were just met with lots of flies getting into the room. Location is great and some of the staff was pleasant, but the stay did not meet our expectations.

I stayed with my husband here and we had such a great time. The hotel was conveniently close to the RER and metro stations so we went to a lot of places that way. And so many food places to try in the area

Great three nights in Paris. Hotel was excellent and I would have gave 5 stars for everything except to be very fussy the honesty bar had no cold beer or cold wine but overall my wife and I had a fantastic time!!

It was clean, modern but very small, barely a place to hang a few items and some shelves. We ate out everyday because there were so many options in walking distance. The laundry mat next door was a bonus but bring your soap unless you can read French. Notre Dame, the Pantheon all within walking distance and the subway and bus was @5 minutes walking distance. Location is in a quiet area but walls in the hotel are thin.
