A friendly place when visiting Paris on your own

A good hotel if you want to visit Paris on your own for a couple of days. Bathroom is clean, bed comfortable, breakfast very OK, staff day & night nice and helpful. Several restaurants are nearby, metro / underground / subway station is just around the corner - with changing lines once you can be at Notre Dame in 20-30 minutes, 10 minutes only to Gare de l'Est train station. Maybe a german TV-programme would be good...

Great location

I went to Paris for a week alone. At first I wasn't sure about this hotel as it's in the 19th arrondissment but I LOVED it here. It's less touristy but so charming. There is a grocery store on one corner and a bakery on another. The street behind the hotel opens up to a canal with house boats and charming cafes. I like Cafe Gina. There's even a yoga studio behind the hotel. The metro is close and you are right near Montmartre and Pere La Chaise. Line 7 takes you to all the other hot spots. It was great value. The staff are super friendly. The area felt safe ( granted I'd take a taxi if I was out late for door to door service). I would stay here again.

Good for short stay

Overall ok. Washroom could have a vent installed. The single room is quite compact. Room temperature is adjustable. Has good TV and Wifi. And elevator is a plus if you have heavy baggages.

Everyone of this property was extremely nice, but the area did not seem safe. I traveled alone and did not feel safe at night walking by myself so I took Ubers constantly just to make sure I was safe. If I was with someone it may not have been as bad, but to be honest with you there were definitely a lot of homeless in the area. The room was very small and so was the bed. Other than that, the hotel was very clean.

Good hotel.

Nice and clean but can get noisy with the guests who arrive late at night with their suitcases. You can also hear what happens next door. Fortunately I always have earplugs. I would recommend. Breakfast is nice and simple.

The hotel is good for the price. The walls in the bedrooms are quite slim so it is easy to hear neighbors. If your room is in front of the elevators you will hear the traffic. Overall the hotel is clean. Rooms tiny, as everything in Paris. The breakfast is not so good but convenient. In conclusion it it’s a good place where to stay 2-3 nights.
