It’s about 18 minutes walk from the Gare du Nord and the staff were nice but the good points end there. It looked nothing like the photos and had water damage on the ceiling of the bathroom that hadn’t been repaired. It doesn’t have gas central heating so heating comes from a fan heater alone and there is no heated towel rail. I was so cold the first night I thought I’d have to change hotels. My double bed was two singles pushed together. The staircase leading up to the rooms was scary to walk up and down alone at night (not well-lit). The area is fine to walk in during the day and early evening but not past about 8pm I’d say. The windows in my room were covered over by builder’s tarpaulin so I couldn’t see out and air couldn’t get in so was very hot during the day. The building work was extremely noisy. Unfortunately wouldn’t stay again!

Staff was very accommodating. Arrived from an early flight and we were planning to ask if we could leave our luggage in the hotel before the 2pm check-in time, however, they allowed us to have an early check-in without us asking at no extra charge. Very happy with our stay.

Excellent location, beautiful room

I stayed in this hotel just for a night with my two kids. The room was beautiful, the bed was comfortable... receptionist were nice and spoke in English.. we also were able to leave our bags for a day. The location is good as it is close to tram and some nice restaurants, coctail bars. We felt safe walking around this area. The only thing we were missing, the breakfast person weren't speaking in English...and breakfast were extremely basic for the price. Also, do not expect to chill in the loby until late as there are no bar or restaurant open till late inside the hotel. In overall, the stay was good, would come back again.

Amazing location and kind, accommodating staff

Great location. Close to lots of public transport and I would arguably say walking distance for lots of the attractions. Staff were very friendly, kind and helpful. I was able to check in early and was given a complimentary upgrade. Breakfast was good, I didn't spend too long as I had a very early start but it had everything you'd expect from a continental breakfast. I would happily stay here again.

Stay here when you are in Paris!

This is a very nice and quaint place. I was only here for one night but would return here for a multi-night stay. Within walking distance of the Louvre and really close to the Metro to get to other sights. Also within walking distance of Gare du Nord if you don't have lots of luggage. (I had a backpack). Quiet but still close to some nightlife. Owners and staff are all lovely! I would stay here again! Thank you!

Extremely clean. ..good sized family room..website and brochure in room suggested that drinks could be taken downstairs but when we tried at 18.00ish nothing was available..completely dead...so went out. Great if going to comedy shows close by but a long way from tourist sites

We had a wonderful stay. It was a cozy quiet hotel with extremely friend staff. Breakfast was really good and we could walk to Paris city centre in 15-20 minutes. Would definitely stay again.

The Hotel is fantastic. Good area. Centrally located. Lovely, friendly & helpful staff. Good breakfast. And, the only issue I had was the carpets are a little dirty looking, and the pillows are flat and they need to be replaced. Other than that, fantastic stay. I enjoy my five nights there.

Clean, safe, central location, great customer service while family room on top 6th floor (four people) stairs access, drop in ceiling. Not an issue for regular height folks (my family). Overall, great value.
