Front desk staff when we arrived wasn't friendly. There's a breakfast option and she rudly told us we didn't have it, which I already knew cause I booked it. The night front desk guy was super friendly and nice. Apologized when he had to tell us they had no vending machines and didn't sell anything. Also gave us excellent directions to a place near by. There was a chair in our room that looked like some spilled something on it. Otherwise it was really a nice place.

Es fängt schon mit der Begrüßung an kein Augenkontakt es wird geredet und die haben nix besseres zu tun als Papier zu zählen und zu takern wie respektlos ist das denn man hat wirklich gemerkt das die kein Interesse haben. Kaffeepads,Zucker, Kosmetik tücher nicht aufgefüllt mehrere Tage nicht musste mir das zum Schluss selber an der Rezeption abholen wurde mir am Zimmertelefon gesagt. Geht ja mal gar nicht und das schimpft sich 4 Sterne Hotel hhhh.

The Staff and breakfast were amazing! Unfortunately the only issue was room cleaning, would return and the garbage would be left behind and the beds barely made.

Nice place not walking distance to Disney.
Description states they are close to Disneyland. It took me a 35 Euro Taxi charge to get to hotel from Disneyland. That is not close/ walking distance. Beware

Custumer regular at this hotel which I really like. The welcome is always very pleasant, the beds are very comfortables and the breakfast is wonderful. A point of detail, it is a shame to have removed the mineral bottles in the bedrooms in favor of a water fountain for ecological and economic reasons.

Alors si ça avait été un deux étoiles j'aurais dit OK qu'il était très bien, c'est plus du style de IB budget mais avec un prix de 4 étoiles. Les installations ne sont pas du tout de haut de gamme et les services ne sont pas ouvert 24 heures sur 24. Par exemple si vous avez faim à 4h du matin vous n'aurez même pas un distributeur de snack dans l'hôtel. Les douches et salle de bain sont basiques avec des douchettes de pluie minuscule. Les serviettes était lavé mais elle n'était pas très blanche. Tapis de douche légèrement noirci. Sur le lit quand nous sommes arrivés il y avait des saletés comme si quelqu'un avait marché sur le lit. C'est mal isolé vous entendez le bruit du pub qui est en bas. L'accueil par contre a été correct et sympathique. Le gros problème dans cet hôtel c'est qu'il faut monter en gamme et surtout changer le personnel qui nettoie les chambres parce qu'ils ne sont pas très efficaces. À mon arrivée il y avait aussi une autre famille qui demande à changer de chambre parce que la leur était sale. Ma chambre ne vallait pas plus que 60 € la nuit et j'en ai payé 150€.

The experience at this place wasn’t the best & I wouldn’t go back. All the equipment in the gym are broken so we couldn’t work out. The only equipment was the treadmill that me & my boyfriend has to share turns. The front desk receptionists was judgmental & rude, & very unpleasant. The restaurant which is a steakhouse was amazing! The people who work there was outstanding!! The speakeasy downstairs was beautiful & the ambiance was profound. I highly recommend the food if you visit.

Perfect property if your going to Disney Paris. Metro is close by and goes directly to Disney. They had an excellent buffet breakfast, and nice rooms with auper comfy beds.

3 star hotel, so so breakfast, rooms tiny, you had to walk next to wall around the beds, we had two double rooms, gym TV missing and random 2nd hand rubbish gear, good location, pool felt pointless / massively under staffed but hey it's basically a travelodge with a pool
