Loved the location!! Staff super friendly and although it’s an older facility it’s well maintained and comfortable and accommodating. The breakfast was awesome and abundant, felt like I was in someone’s dining room. Highly recommended

Charming hotel near the Louvre. Great breakfast option. Rooms are small as expected and you may have to navigate about 10 steps up to your room but manageable. We would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was beautiful and puts you near many shops and places in and around Notre Dame and Louvre. Easy access to metro lines take you anywhere in Paris. The rooms are very small and that is important depending on your own size and that of your luggage. I did not dine in but next time I will because the breakfast was as good as anywhere else. Be sure to get the room with the balcony. You will love the fresh air and the small terrace you get that opens to the street below. Definitely a hotel I would book again. Staff was helpful even for something like a post office.

Like most boutique Paris accommodations the room was very small and the lift was tiny but as expected. The bed however was very uncomfortable. There is a tourist bus stop not far from the property and ample dining options as well as groceries. The area felt safe and was walkable. The staff were polite and accommodating.

This hotel is a great find. It is all old Paris/French with a flavor of modern era. Loved the cozy atmosphere, the staff, the cleanliness, the size of the room. I really cant say anything wrong about the hotel. the walkability to everything ( few minutes from Norte Dame) was a bid advantage.

Our favorite hotel in Paris! We love the location, the people who work here and the beds Re beyond comfy. We never want to leave the room. We've stayed for Christmas twice and they give us nice chocolates as a gift. The rooms are clean (though small) and the bathrooms are sufficient too. I can't recommend them enough. Side note the lady who was at the front desk most of the time was absolutely fabulous, she remembered our names and always went the Extra mile. Until next time!

Really liked this hotel but it does have a musty smell and the lounge seemed very cluttered. Christmas tree lights should be white to accent the room. The street below very noisy til 2-3 am. Staff very nice and work hard to keep it clean and make guests happy. I do recommend this hotel.

Charming hotel in great location
Great location. Super helpful staff. Charming hotel. Good breakfast. Rooms are small (typical in Paris) but functional. Only downside was the lack of sound proofing between rooms. We could hear everything happening in the hallway, street and our neighbours room. However, we would still stay there again.

I have booked this Hotel on Sep 25th, 2024 for Nov 21, 2024 stay, and paid in full through Expedia TD website. On Nov 21, 2024, due to the Paris snow, I was stuck in the train, and I still messaged and confirmed with the Hotel multiple times on that day that I will check in late by or before midnight. Finally, when I got to the hotel around 10:30 PM, the front desk just simply told me “The room get cancelled due to some room issues, refund you the money”. No explanation, no help and just literally push me to the street. I travel solo and first time get to Paris on this extreme weather condition, without any prior notification on this cancellation and kicked me out in the mid of night. This is a most terrible experience in my life, and this is unacceptable and unethical behavior especially in hospitality industry. I complained once I back to Canada, all they just simply say refund you the money. Of course, you need to refund my money because I didn’t even stay in that hotel, but how about the amount of stress and time I waste there. I am warning any future traveler (especially solo female traveler) here, please be cautious this hotel, it would put yourself into a very very risky situation, I hope this experience wont’ ever never happen to any other traveler again.
