Under construction, which we were unaware of prior. Normal drywall dust and tools in hallways (already narrow) made moving luggage around a challenge, otherwise clean. Were awoken Fri morn to construction noise at 630 am, not hotels fault, but an inconvenience. Room and shower small, but its Europe. Location great, food options close and great, as is ease to Eiffel (especially to see top of hour lights).

Scam Hotel – Stay Away! If I could give 0 stars, I would. This hotel falsely advertises a “family room” for five—but no such room exists! We booked six months in advance, confirming multiple times, even the morning of arrival. Upon check-in, Stèphane bizarrely refunded our hold, made us pay again, and only then told us our family would be split—my husband and me in one room, two daughters elsewhere, and our third alone three floors away. We refused, offering to take two rooms near each other. He laughed constantly, acted creepy, and insisted on separating our children. When we declined, he claimed he “just found out” there was no family room (a clear lie) and said we could go elsewhere. He promised a refund but then refused to process it because we used American Express—despite accepting it earlier. Now, three days later, no refund. We’re forced to dispute the charge as fraud. The scariest part? His disturbing insistence on separating our daughters. Trust your gut. This was a red flag nightmare. Do not book here.

The hotel provides just the basic. Day of arrival the key to my door didn't work and had to wait until the following day for it to be fixed/reprogrammed so everytime I leave the room and return, someone had to use the physical key to open the door. The TV also did not work on the first day of arrival. I was told that the next day I would be given another room. This also was not dine as on the following day the girl at the front desk advised that the manager decided that they will fix the key and the TV issues and we will have to stay in the same room. The room had 1 bed when I had requested 2 beds. The elevator is extremely small...can barely accommodate 2 persons with 1 bag each. Then to get to the 3rd floor you stll need to climb about 6 steps to get to the 3rd floor. Stairwell is extremely narrow and I would not advise if for seniors.

Seems a little further away from the Eiffel tower than pictured. Rooms are cozy and we did experience quite a lot of noise from other hotel guests in late hours. Lots of stairs to rooms (a single person elevator will only get you partially there for most rooms). The staff was friendly, and breakfast was very good. The layout of the rooms has a certain charm, but be prepared for narrow stairways to rooms.

We are a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 girls - 5 and 8 year old). We stayed in the family room for 4 people which is located on the first floor. You will not see the Eiffel Tower from the hotel unless you are on the 3rd floor. The hotel is located very close to the Eiffel Tower (about a 5-8 min walk). The hotel is also located very close to a subway/metro station (8-10 min walk). The room came with a sofa bed that slept 2 and 2 twin beds put together. However, if you have the sofa bed pulled out, there will be VERY little room left to walk around. Therefore, my husband and I decided to put up the sofa bed and have one of our kids sleep on the couch and the other girl sleep with us. This way there was some room to talk around the room. The flooring was tile which was nice (we hate carpet). The bathroom was kind of small but that goes along with Paris. There were 2 TVs in the room. There is not much storage space in the room. There is a small closet to hang clothes. We had 4 carry-ons with us and 2 kids backpack and had to get creative on how to store them away within the room. The room came with a kettle and cups to make coffee/tea (we didn't use it). The hotel was undergoing remodeling so there were a lot of remodeling material right outside our door. The staff was super nice and helpful with anything. We had breakfast once at the hotel and it was good (boiled egg, ham, pastries, crepes, fruits, yogurt, juices, coffee, tea, pancakes, etc.). The place was overall quiet.

Loud construction early until late. We didn’t stay in our room much bc of it. And didn’t sleep alot Convent location walking from the Eiffel and cute cafes and shops. There was construction materials everywhere and no working air or phone in our room. The electrical would go on and off completely one of the days . Most of the staff tried to go above and beyond to provide us with soda and free breakfast to make up for all the inconveniences. It’s a perfect hotel if u get a great deal and have ear plugs or are a heavy sleeper. Ask them for the fan to drown out some of the loud noise

Enchanting!

We enjoyed our stay here. It was a unique property in the heart of Paris. Very quaint. The staff was friendly and very helpful. They also spoke English, which was helpful too! We did not get the optional buffet breakfast, at 14 euros a person. We bought food at a grocery store around the corner. Highly recommend this place. The bed was super comfortable, as were the pillows . There is a tiny elevator, but we mostly used the charming spiral staircase.

The property was close to the effiel tower and transportation. However, the air conditioner did not work and the staff pretended not to know. They know you won't return so there is no true incentive to fix it. The room was hot. You have to shower with the window open but that won't stop the bathroom from getting steamy. The staff was kind.

Comfortable room. Great location. We had several bags and to get it to our specific room once we used the elevated had to take some odd/tricky steps to get it up the stairs and into the room. Sink had a significant leak from the pipes. We reported and just asked for a bucket to catch the water as we didn’t want to go through the hassle of moving the bags again. Pleasant staff. Overall good experience for a quick 22h layover stop to leave our bags
