Last minute upgrade
Upgraded from an off site to an on site hotel two days before travelling, still using the booked passes, have to say it was worth the money for four reasons: 1) The two boys faces when they realised they were going to the Cheyenne and not the Campanile was priceless, the Cheyenne has to have the best theming. 2) The magic hour, everyone got to do their favourite ride which took the pressure off the rest of the day. 3) Not having to negotiate our way onto the shared bus to the Campanile,being able to walk back to the hotel or take the Disney bus is a joy. 4) Free parking and EV charging. It all worked for me, the reduction in fast pass charges and the free charging took some of the sting out of the extra costs. One thing on parking, like the rest of Disney there is work going on which reduced the car park slightly, on leaving on the Sunday there was people parking on the grass verges and anywhere else they could. Only thing missing from the Campanile was the free breakfast.

Fantastic themed hotel. Bed and pillows very very comfortable after a day in the parks. I was in Soaring Eagle block 22 (room 82) and I must say my room smelt very musty, particularly the bathroom. The hotel shop was the same. Seemed clean enough, just a very strong damp/sour smell. Thought it might be rooms that didn’t get used often and that it might dissipate once I’d been there a couple of days but it didn’t. Coffee machine in room fantastic, and themed toiletries replaced daily. Can’t fault location, and shuttles every 12 minutes taking you straight to park. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Tired, definitely 3 star minus standard
Whole place looked tired. If this wasn’t Disney, would expect to pay about €60 for the room for two people not the €400 we paid. Sink didn’t drain away properly and kept awake by children crying from a room some way away. Plus points - very convenient for walking into Disneyland Paris!!

The hotel was great apart from the check in staff not adding our park tickets to our room key. I had the tickets on the app so thought this was not an issue. However, as we did not have our stay dates printed on our room key we were refused entry to extra magic hours and by the time we got this sorted extra magic hours were over.

Lovely themed hotel. Check in super easy and no need to check out is a plus. Only downside for me that I wasn’t advised there was a free shuttle from the train station/park so walked to the hotel when I first arrived. Once at the hotel everything was explained perfectly.
