Safe in room was not functioning for 1 day, tv was not working for 1 day. Had to stay in room waiting for maintenance to make repairs. Poor communication. Couldn't get directions on using transit.

A great surprise! A block from Moulin Rouge, yet on a secluded cul-de-sac. Staff were very helpful from first dropping off our bags. Our room was at the very end of a corridor, sharing a wall with no one. The balcony overlooking the huge blossoming courtyard was spacious enough for table & chairs. Directly between Blanche & Place de Clichy Metro stops. Our only complaint was that we were there for 13 nights & our room was cleaned once. We asked & were told that it should have been cleaned a second time but they never sent anyone to clean. Otherwise, attentive service. A bargain retreat in Paris.

My husband and I were very happy with the room we had at the Citadines Montmartre. Down a quiet no through road. No issues with the neighbours...its a cemetary! and well worth a visit. Montmartre is on your doorstep along with the necessary grocery stores and restaurants etc. The room had a very handy kitchenette which enabled us to get breakfast before heading out for the day and enjoy tea and coffee with fresh milk. The room was very clean and the only bit of negative feed back is that the cleaner was to come in on the fourth day but ended up knocking during a siesta! We never saw her again....We would definitely recommend this hotel.

This property worked out great for us. There was a small kitchenette that we used to have our yogurt and fruit in the morning. Coffee was available in the lobby at all times there is a breakfast available for a charge. We loved the area. Front desk was helpful.

Really enjoyed the property. Great location as it was walkable to Montmarte, Opera, Louvre, galleria Lafayette, Basilica and lots of cafes and restaurants. It was nice to have a kitchenette. Bed was very comfy, unit was clean but some things just outdated. All staff we encountered were very friendly! Loved the sunroof terrace and lounging area, amazing views!
