The hotel staff was lovely and extremely accommodating, which was much appreciated. We were able to check in early because our room was ready. The cleaning staff came everyday and left fresh towels. There was great shopping within a short walk as well. I would undoubtedly recommend!

The hotel was ideal for our short trip. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. Great location, metro nearby, walkable to many restaurants and sites. The only thing I think that could be improved would be to have a door between the bathroom and the bedroom :-).

Cute boutique hotel close to champs Elysee and walkable to arc of triomphe, Eiffel Tower and place Concorde. Excellent service. Breakfast was charming though small (served at common table with high top seating). Common area is small. Room was fine - clean and well appointed. We were on top floor so water pressure in shower was not great. But the room was floor-through so windows on each side made it seem spacious. Would stay there again as good value for location.

The room was clean and the staff were all extremely helpful. There are some design flaws in the room that caused some minor incovenience (e.g. the sink was tilted such that the water wouldn't go down the drain, the knobs were circular making them difficult to turn if hands were soapy).

Highly recommend!

Perfect place for my short stay in Paris. The bed is comfortable and I enjoyed the slippers and robe! The size is just right and the balcony was amazing. The front desk was so kind. Location is close to train and many places to eat. Highly recommend!

I stayed at this property for 3 nights with my teenage daughter. Hotel is well located and staff speak English and were helpful. Despite asking for two single beds in my reservation that was not available on first day. The hotel agreed to change our room on the 2nd day- however we did stay in the same room - as the large bed was split into two single beds- cannot understand then why this was not possible on Day 1? The Air Conditioning is centrally controlled - rooms are warm. It would have been nice to have some tea and hot water in the room as well as coffee for guests who may not want coffee- I was charged $7 for a tea bag and hot water. Staff are reasonably friendly. Convenient location.

The staff was friendly and very accommodating. My first room had a balcony which was great but no closet and was very small with no room for luggage but then my second room on the next portion of the trip had a closet and was much more comfortable. The great plus of this hotel is the prime and convenient location.

Upon arriving for my 4 night stay, I was greeted warmly by Sophie at reception. I had explained to Sophie how the taxi cab driver from the airport to the hotel was extremely rude. Sophie appeared sympathetic as she apologize, then stated how she had upgraded me to a room with a balcony. The hotel lobby was filled with an aromatic perfumed scent, which made me never want to leave. The Lobby was clean, with an intimate bohemian chic cozy feeling. My room was small, however quite lovely for one, as well as exceptionally clean. Perpetual Elysee Montaigne is located in a great area close to shopping, restaurants, and tourist attractions. I was able to walk from the Louvre back to the hotel within 25 minutes. However, very small in detail, and something I did not mention to reception. The shower door did not completely close shut, which created a small puddle of water on the floor located on the right side corner near the toilet. There's space for two hangers located in the bathroom for two shirts or dresses but nothing more. My stay was only 4 nights, however if longer, I would not have been able to hang more clothing. There's space in the room for folding clothes, again my stay was short. My first day there, I ordered tea, which promptly arrived within minutes of my request. (Very impressive). Great stay! When in Paris, I would definitely consider staying again at Perpetual Elysee Montaigne.
