Unable to make dinner reservations same day we checked in (unavailable entire stay). Spoke w/Concierge next morning only able to make two reservations (one was not a resteraunt of choice) had to eat from Buffett all other days.
Beach by resort was terrible/dirty (unable to enjoy beach/scenery) and Hotel was secluded from everything.
Ordered breakfast room service the night before and was informed we would not receive by requested time (had to rush to buffet as we had a scheduled excursion that morning).
Bad/slow wi-fi connection.
Cable went out for some time on 2/13/2025 (unable to watch movies).
We had a dinner reservation on 2/14 at the Italian resteraunt although husband is not a fan of Italian so we ate at buffet. The morning of 2/15 I started vomiting & had diarrhea. Called room service for plastic bags & toilet paper (believe it was around 3 am).
I called to speak w/manager that morning did not receive a call back.
We had to check out that morning and asked for late check out at 2 PM but they were unable to accommodate. No one was in the office for the Star/quick checkout had to wait in regular line. Husband also ended up getting diarrhea and we had a terrible experience driving to the airport/waiting at the airport/flying back home.
I booked this vacation to celebrate my husbands birthday and it was a bad experience, especially for the price paid and will never stay at Planet Hollywood or an all inclusive hotel due to this. I have a few pictures if needed.
