Avoid. Customer service from booking to transfers, reception was very bad.
I booked the wrong days by mistake and 15 mins later I tried to amend it and it was denied so they kept the money even it was over a month in advance so I have to rebook. I find this extremely abusive and felt they stole the money.
My transfer was no ready on arrival even I had to send my arrival details and tickets several times as the booking process is bad. They never pick up the phone adding to numerous phone charges after being on the line for hours.
I booked a king bed room but when I got to hotel they messed up and gave me a twin for me and my wife in the noisiest area.
The hotel is overpopulated with dirty and outdated pools. It really felt like a fast food chain.
And to top it up they messed my transfer on my departure again.
Worst experience of my life compared to all the luxury hotel I have been to.
I don’t recommend. I should’ve chosen a more authentic accommodation.
