Property needs to be updated, it is a bit run down. The overall property lacks basic amenities in the room and especially in the pool area. Direct access to the beach is the saving grace for this location.

One night stay.

Just came for a baseball tournament, pretty much served its purpose. Nice view from Patio stayed on the 1st floor so literally was steps from the beach. Bathroom door handle had came off as soon as I got there but they never fixed. Maintenance man left my door ajar thank God nobody went in my room I guess. Not really a lot of room yo park but they do have over flow parking across the street.

Walls are VERY thin. Praying other small children aren’t exposed to the adult entertainment going on in the next room like mine was. Housekeeping didn’t restock toiletries on a 4 day stay. Location is good to just enjoy the beach access and lay your head down to rest and reset for the next day. Parking is a challenge.

For the price it was good but there are somethings to improve on. The bathroom door didn’t have a lock or even shut. You can hear very easily hear into the other room. It smelled like weed and cigarettes every time I walked into the room. The lighting in the main room is strange. You turn the light on and it’s still dark in the bedroom they can just put up a LED light and it would be brighter and better. Have fun trying to find parking cause everyone decides to do the restaurant next to the hotel. Other than that for the price it was understandable. The staff was friendly and helpful.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at! DO NOT WAIST MONEY OR TIME HERE!!! when we first walked in it was so nasty! They didn’t even clean the floors. The tub had black feet prints inside of it, it smelled so bad! Like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. The microwave did not work so there was no way to cook any of the food we had, the air conditioner quit working half way through the trip. There is no parking because people at the restaurant next door take up all the parking, so you have to park a block down and walk. The hot water in the shower didn’t work half the time, they also ran out of clean towels. Overall was a terrible stay!

I loved the views! The staff & the front desk were awesome. Sharkey's is right next door & it's great fun, food & entertainment. The price is very reasonable, plus free parking. What's not to love? This is not a fancy 5 star resort but if you want to go on excursions & have some nice meals without breaking the budget, this is a great choice!

This is the worse hotel I have ever stayed in. First they did not have any rooms left of the one I booked. And then once they gave us another room it was awful. Dirt on the floors, furniture at odd angles, tv was on some show, balcony door has no handle, bathroom door scrapes the ground so that you cant shut it, over all awful experience. Do not waste your money on this place you will be so disappointed

Perfect Spring Break or beach vacation destination

Excellent location - walk out the back of the hotel, and you are right on the beautiful white sand beaches and the ocean. There’s also a pool, if the ocean water hasn’t warmed up yet. Each room has a nice little balcony (or patio on ground floor) to enjoy the view. The hotel is sandwiched between two theme restaurants: Sharky’s with karaoke and Señor Frog’s with live DJs and cover bands. Both of these can be heard from the rooms, so if you’re hoping to go to bed early, you’ll probably want to avoid the Spring Break season. The parking lot is fairly small and shared with the two restaurants, but I only had to circle a few times to avoid parking next door or across the street (where additional free hotel parking is also available). Plenty of food and souvenir shops in walking distance. (attached pics are from the balcony of my room)

The first room that I checked into the air system was not working at all, there was no remote to the tv. The second room was a little better but the shower was stopped up with hair and wasn't fully able to shower like I wanted to. The parking was overwhelmed because you had to share parking spots with a restaurant when you have a parking permitt. Overall I would not be coming back to this resort.
