The staff was very friendly and professional. We arrived before check in time. Although we couldn’t check in, the clerk gave us our access passes to the pool and beach.

Okay accommodations

The hotel was generally rough around the edges. The mattress was horribly uncomfortable, lumpy, and cheap feeling. Housekeeping was unreliable, not coming on days scheduled. Pool area was fairly nice except for the significant rust on railing and equipment near the hot tub. Hot tub had heavy grime on the tile around the waterline. Complimentary breakfast buffett was good and nice.

Really clean and nice property. Able to walk to all the little shops and right out to the beach. Staff was great. Breakfast was good. The only bad thing about this property is that you will wait and wait and then wait some more for an elevator. It did seem like the front desk was short staffed and lines are long during check in.

Our "Gulf view" was just that. Spectacular! Frequent flyby's by F-22 Raptors was awesome! On the balcony you might want to cover your ears. Inside the room you wouldn't know they were there unless you looked out the window. All the staff was terrific.

We had a great time! We didn’t realize there was a fee for parking plus a $100 fee to check in early. After traveling 18 hours we wanted our room. Not all elevators were working so we had to wait a lot.

The breakfast being included made it nice and being able to walk out from pool to beach. What we did not like was the beds were very uncomfortable. The elevators only 2 of the 3 worked and was very slow at accessing. The paying extra for the parking for the week. Was not aware of this extra expense. The bathroom door was sticking.
