Beautiful property, conveniently located in the heart of financial district. Great local food options in walking distance in addition to the food options offered at the hotel. Hotel is 10 to 15 minutes from Old town and it a pick up point for some of the tours. I definitely recommend this hotel for anyone who is wondering if it is a good option for their upcoming trip.

The property is not being upkept. I have stayed there before, but won’t again. The staff is wonderful. They are the best thing the hotel has. However, when we got there, our room was dusty. We were asked if we wanted our sheets changed. The closet door was off track. The phone didn’t work. The food takes forever to be made at the pool area. The hotel is owned by Spaniards, but it is in Panama. They should offer more Panamanian type food. I was very disappointed.

Staff was wonderful and breakfast buffet was amazing. However, it’s an older hotel that needs renovation. The pool was crowded without enough lounge chairs, not much to see or do within walking distance and toiletries in the suite were abysmal.
