Nice room, bad service

The room was nice, but the a/c didnt blow cold air. Had it set to 16 degrees celsius, room felt like 30 dsgrees celsius. Got a shower, then got out of the shower to find out that there was no towels or hand towels. Went downstairs to the front desk and ask them to put towels in my room while i went out to get some food. Came back to no towels in my room. I eventually got hand towels in the morning from the new front desk clerk. But at that point, i really didnt care and just wanted to leave.

Internet is very slow, almost dead. No garbage bins to be found in lobby, or anywhere. Property rule not to drink alcoholic beverage in the lobby: why? what a ridiculous rule this is. I do not want to say more about this rule. Not staying at this hotel again, I will not recommend it.

This spot was perfectly located for my interests. Via Espana and Via Argentina were both in easy walking distance. I was given a coupon to use at the market/cafe next door and that little location was delightful. If you want to include the El Cangrejo neighborhood in your visit to Panama City, you may find this hotel as convenient as I did.

Basic rooms. Walk to food and shopping. Family eateries but enough sports bars and higher-end venues if you seek different vibes. CONS - Only family suites have fridge or coffee maker and closest coffee is a bit overpriced. If you're driving, traffic is bad but they have parking.

eh no frills

this is a very basic no-frills hotel, it was clean…4 of us checked into a 2 bed room-1 bath towel… at first they gave us the wrong room but the manager quickly fixed that. Pool was pretty small but we didn’t use it. There’s no restaurant on site but there is a small cafe/mini super connected on one side and a sushi place on the other. Location was fine. It was a safe area. staff were fairly friendly.
