We were so confused trying to find the location based on the map... it's a little bit hidden. We couldn't believe the view! the windows in this hotel rooms are amazing. They had very nice staff we had a nice drink in the bar but we couldn't figure out the dinner option there so we went to Market. I would stay here again.my room was clean and the bathroom was great, best shower I had on my whole vacation.

The room we had was clean and well adorned. Plenty of seating for 2 people. Some of the lights were a little bit dim but all in all it was fantastic. The breakfast buffet every morning was great.

The hotel was in an ideal location which made it central to key spots in the city. The only draw back was limited and uncovered parking. The service overall was excellent and the views were spectacular. That will be the hotel of choice in Panama City going forward.

Breakfast was very good. We went for the “Sunday BBQ Dinner,” and it was very disappointing. For 2 adults, we were served a chicken leg and thigh, some type sausage the size of a hot dog cut in half longways, a slice of beef the thickness of deli meat that was tough as all get out, and simmering that looked like a pig hoof that was very fatty. With this, we were each allowed 2 sides. After being seated and given a drink menu, no one ever came back to ask if we wanted a drink, or dessert. It was my husbands birthday and I definitely wanted to purchase desserts…but nobody came back to our table. After sitting for a very long tune after completing the meal, we got up to go find out how to post as we weren’t approached at so after seating. As we got up, we were IMMEDIATELY approached by the same staff who seated us and asked “Do you plan to pay?” Tried to explain to him we were unhappy, wanted dessert…”No speak English.” The on duty manager did manage to bring a single cheesecake to our room after complaining at the desk. My lactose intolerant husband left it in the room.

I like the location very much as it is easily accessible to punta Paitilla and punta pacifica. I visit panama at least twice a year and always I say in this property bc it’s close to where my relatives live. The room was cleaned daily and was comfortable the service is very good. They can improve breakfast providing more selections of fruit. Had issues with the Internet few times but they fixed it. Overall I recommend this property.
