If you're low maintenance- this would be great. TVs are old and small. Beds are uncomfy AF. But super big hotel room and close to the beach. No breakfast in the mornings so that sucked. But coffee was good.

Friendly staff at check-in. Clean pool and beautiful views. Kitchen was useful. I think laminate would be great throughout the entire room. It was not overly crowded at the beach or pool like other places. Overall, I think it’s a hidden gem!!

I would recommend considering a different place to stay. While the location is great, the hotel needs some serious improvements. Rooms need new beds, some new pillows likely the sight of a vacuum and the overall cleanliness needs to be addressed. It's unfortunate that the cost to stay here is substantial and should reflect a much better condition for price. Do yourself a favor and find a better place to stay especially for the money you'll pay for this mess.

The resort is nice, plenty to do there even if your not on the beach. My sin and gisbfriend basically lived across thebstreet in the indoor pool. Elevators are fast, view is great! Should keep thebTiki bar open later for the night owls tho. Nice place, good price on our stay! Kitchen was a nice plus to the room overlooking the Gulf of America and price for a 3 day 4 night stay under 900 cant be beat.

The price and availability of the room rental was great. It was clean. However, the security at the location was a bit much. I received two different parking warnings. You guys need more parking.

The lady at the counter was not very friendly. I had to ask where everything was located. The indoor pool looked like a deserted hotel in a scary movie. There was what looked like a dried up glob of snot on the side of the bed sheets. No ice machine!!

I had a great stay. The hotel is older - well maintained - even though dated. my large room was very clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Great patio. Amazing to wake up and sea the ocean. It was quiet. I slept well. Fantastic beach just in front. 24/7 coffee. Recommended and worth every penny of the oceanfront room.

I'm not sure how it is on beachside, we stayed on the back street property. Since the price is low, I guess you get what you pay for. It was the bare minimum. No phone, hot tub was out of order. Make sure you bring your own soap and shampoo. The ones they provide are inadequate. Noisy air conditioning kept waking us during the night & plumbing from upstairs sounded like a helicopter taking off inside the room.

The location is very convenient to dining, shopping and is right on the beach. The room was clean and equipped with a kitchenette and balcony. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely return.

Gorgeous view of the water, I understand paid extra for a view on upper floors but the hotel was already full so I didn’t get the room. Next best thing our room was on the bottle floor behind the hot tub so it made up for it.

Right on the beach. Close to grocery store, restaurants and shopping. All pluses. There is a second property across the street which is very old and rundown. I was not aware of this when making reservations. Had to pay basically double on check in day to get “upgraded” to beach property. I would have been okay with staying across the street however that property did not feel safe or clean to me when we were first assigned a room on check in which is why I felt paying for the upgraded room was my only option.
