We booked this hotel on a whim, and liked it so much we stayed again when we drove through Panama City Beach on the way back home. The pool is clean and very warm, and the jacuzzi is the same, though unfortunately we were unable to activate the spa function, despite numerous attempts at various times of day. The access to the beach is directly past the pool, and the views from the upper floors are spectacular during sunrise and sunset. Our room was clean and as promised, but be sure to book the view you want, as rooms without a listed water view are across the street in an annex building. (Not the case for us, but worth mentioning) We stayed in a room with an included kitchen, and while the room was obviously cleaned, there was a very pungent (and unplesant) cooking odor from previous guests... This is not the fault of the hotel entirely, but it would have been nice if the room had been more aired out before our arrival, perhaps during servicing. Parking is limited and your car may be in an auxilary lot depending on your arrival time. Getting to and from the vehicle may involve crossing a busy street. Staff were friendly, and there was coffee in the lobby whenever we wanted it, including flavored creamers. Tea selection was limited. Ultimately, this is a great stay for a little beach getaway.

Hands down by far if I can give it more than 5 stars, I definitely would. I’ve been here a few weeks and I feel like I’m family. Glenn and Tony are top notch when it comes to their jobs. Staff is on point and attentive.

Gorgeous views!
My boyfriend and I had a wonderful stay here over Christmas. The view was spectacular and it was within walking distance of many stores. The outdoor pool and hot tub was nice and heated

The riom we stayed in had mold in the bathroom. Neighbors were smoking enough through the day where is seeped into our room and lingered. The room next to us after it was cleaned you could see theough the window and the boxapeing sheet still had bood on it. The indoor pool area not paid attention to by staff, because there were bloody tissue beside pool.

A nice place to relax on the beautiful Panama City Beach. Loved the balcony view of ocean, Swimming pool and jacuzzi were an addition to the crown. Also playhouse on the beach and other play stuffs were good for children.

Horrible Stay. Stars 0/10.
Not so good experience. First and last time staying here. I booked here because say "no pets allowed", I respect people with real Service Animals, but It was disgusting, dogs pooping in the entrance. Were not service dogs, but there wasn't any "supervision" in the hotel across the street (not the building with ocean view). The administration has to eliminate the signs of "no pets allowed". Cleanliness was fair, but needs more detailing. Smoking is "not allowed", but the room smelled so bad. Not recommended, ypu don't know how many dogs sleept in the beds.
