The entire staff catered to us in every way. What every we need, we received with a smile, nothing was to much for them to accommodate us Super welcome from check in and all around Feel bad for people spending much more in other hotels around area. After all who's in their room 29 hours a day. Room was unreal, and comfortable. Beds were great

This was first visit to Panama City and we could not have chosen a better hotel! It's clean, safe and beautiful, the staff is warm and professional, and our room in the 19th floor (VIP upgrade) was wonderful. Everything was walkable except our day tours, but all the tours pick up at the hotel. I got I'll at one point (the water?) and the staff rallied to make sure I got to an open-late pharmacy and had plenty of bottled water. I would absolutely stay here again.

Enjoyed truly enjoyed my stay. Mainly because of the wonderful customer service I received !! I originally checked into another hotel nearby and was very displeased!! I spent the following morning searching and found this hotel. I interacted with two front desk representatives including Valarie (sorry if I misspelled it) At first, I was informed that the rooms were sold out and completely booked because it was Saturday and very busy. I was in distress and informed her of my reasoning to check into a new hotel on such short notice. She then assisted me with searching for a room that would be made available during that day (even after 3pm) During that time, she allowed me to physically look at two rooms of my interests, to ensure my comfortability with making my decision! Additionally, I was able to check in at a reasonable time due to my current situation. My stay in the Junior Suite with the city view and jetted tub was amazing!! No issues. I was able to comfortably enjoy my birthday and the beautiful country of Panama. I would stay here again in the future. Thank you so much.

Only reception staff speaks English heads up. I got sick and needed warm water, I went through 3 phone calls and 1 reception visit to fix my leaky coffee machine in my room. When I tried to use the iron, again broken and leaky. They swapped for me real quick but this should have been checked before anyone arrive ? However they realized I was sick and did let me do a late checkout without a fee. For this I am really grateful. Water in showers was lukewarm and same story in the spa.

The architectural design was absolutely beautiful! Staff was very friendly. Rooms were clean and well kept. Housekeeping was always on-point with cleaning every day. Breakfast was amazing, loved the daily options. Food at the on property restaurant was really good and they had a variety of options

Maybe it was just me, but utilizing the elevator was a times confusing. since the mezzanine level is on floor 5 and the elevator doesn't have a floor 5, I think it's called it PL or LB. and the ground level floor is called PL or LB, I always had to remember which was my intention and I always got off on the wrong floor each time, but the hotel itself is lovely.

Everyday I had to request towels from the reception, the cleaning staff did not replace the used towels and we had to wait more than two hours to get new ones once we got back into the room. I decided to go down and get them myself. I think they did not have enough towels for all rooms occupied.

Restaurant serves excellent varieties for breakfast but dinner menu was not diverse enough..we did not like the smell of cigarettes smoking in the hallway ..i will definitely returned to this hotel..i have friends that will be visiting baded in our experience..thanks Las Americas

Restaurant was horrible. Our first night we arrived late and only had hotel Restaurant. They were very confusing and wouldn't let us order from there different kitchen options. Food was a 2 out of 10. Not to be mistaken with the breakfast option. It was a 10 out of 10. Great food and service.
