The staff were very helpful and friendly I would give them 5 stars. Rooms could do well with renovations and we stayed in a suite it needed a bit of TLC. Elevators a bit slow to arrive so I believe they need servicing. The facilities are top notch especially the pool areas on level 14 the view took our breath away. The answer is yes we will be going back to JW Marriott and we recommend it after all our safety is all that matters.

The property is beautiful. It is the tallest building in Panama with an incredible view of the Pacific Ocean. The pools were absolutely amazing with an infinity pool. The room design was unique with a large tub in the room immediately as you walk in but the room was quite large. I reccommend this resort. I would stay there again.

Nice hotel, conveniently located if you need to be close to Multi Plaza mall or all the high rising building area. No access to beach. Excellent restaurants in the same building but not too many additional options in the area.
