I regret staying at this hotel with my young child. The size of the hotel made stepping out of the room to sit in a lounge after bedtime or nap impossible. The room was entirely tile and I was not given a room with a tub (despite requesting a crib) so giving my child a bath was impossible, and if she got wet there was an immediate slip risk. Additionally, housekeeping left glasses within reach of my child, which one was unsurprisingly grabbed and thrown across the room and shattered (tile floor...). This hotel is not for families.

This hotel did not disappoint. The staff was friendly offering round the clock service. All of the property amenities were excellent, with breathe taking views. If my itinerary wasn’t so busy for my stay, I would have loved to just stay at the hotel longer to relax. I will def be back

Lovedcmy stay at JW Marriott, staff was great always friendly and helpful. Received a wonderful surprise slice of cake with a note when i returned from my excursion on my 50th birthday. Loved the late check out, restaurants on site were excellent. Always felt safe and just loved the overall experience ❤️
