I would not recommend this hotel from the smell, the view of the room, small pool area and always over crowded. My experience was far from amazing . For starters the suite that I booked was not ready. I arrived to the JW at 1 PM. I didn’t get a temporary room till 530pm , the suite that I paid for still wasn’t “ ready “ and being cleaned . I was told that I would be notified via email or call when my original room was ready . Arriving back to the hotel 1230am I still haven’t received a call or text from anyone about the room being available. Ingrid whom was at the front desk at time was so dismissive and didn’t care she stated that my room still wasn’t ready after I’ve waited already 25minutes. received a key at 1:15am. Checked out couple hours after didn’t stay more than 24hrs but was still charged for a night. I felt I was given any suite and not the one I paid a hefty amount for ! I was disappointed as you arrive off the elevator The smell in the hallway the carpet smells horrible. The rooms are very outdated. There is no privacy between the restroom and bedroom so you can hear toilet being flushed, hands being washed etc .The view was horrible ! apartments mostly blue buildings of tenants that had all different type of items hanging.I was told by Erika Perez the front office manager that for my compensation she would give me 10,000 rewards to my Marriott Bonvoy account since I am a member. I never received anything. Would never go back gives marriott a bad name .
