I wish the hotel had a rooftop pool, bar, restaurant option beside the principle pool downstairs. exercise room needs updating in a larger space with newer, better equipments and a view. Such classes as yoga, dance or stretching could possibly be offered to guests.

I clearly made a reservation for two rooms and provided you the name of the second room occupant who would pay. When he arrived and tried to pay the hotel would not allow him and didn’t even check with me. At checkout, I asked the desk clerk about the payment and he assured me that the payments were separate only to find out he lied.

I like the welcome at the front desk Juan was great good worker. Food quality was good too But 2 things I don’t like My family and I sat down for breakfast 2 morning in a Rowe nobody give us service and I feel so bad and seems like we were bothering someone Maybe cause we were black. My wife is a hostess she work at couples Negril and she observed a lot about the service so that was poor she even stated that if a guest get up from the restaurant with water the whole hotel knows about it. But thanks again other wise it was ok.

The hotel is at the center of major business and other five star hotels. The rooms are clean and comfortable with awesome breakfast buffets . The staff very attentive and friendly with restaurants and shopping nearby. I will certainly return to this hotel .
